Spacious and well kept

The home felt like a home - comfortable, lots of space, up to date appliances, lovely pool, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. Owner was very responsive and the pictures don't even show how large the rooms are.

Nice house, AC is not adequate for Florida summer heat

We visited in July, I knew it would be hot, but I expected to be able to cool off in the house. During the day the house temp would rise to 79, the AC was running all the time, it just couldn’t keep up. Property owner things that’s the best AC can do when it’s hot outside. It gets over 90 where I live too and my AC keeps my house at 70 no problem. House comes with almost nothing. You will have to buy the basics, even things like TP, trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc, none of that is provided.

The house was very nicely furnished and clean. We really enjoyed having the two car garage to get our cars in out of the heat. My only complaint from our entire week there was the bed in the master bedroom was horribly uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it for others looking for a house close to all the beaches and stores in the area.

Everything was wonderful! The house was beautiful. Close to the beaches and shopping. The owners were quick to respond. Beach chairs umbrella and cooler were available. Lots of toys for the kids at the house. Also had pool toys and floaties for my toddler. Everything was wonderful and will be staying again.

Great house with nice pool!

This was a very nice house for a family of five to vacation. Has a very nice pool but we were there for a week and it was cloudy the entire week. Someone came and put chemicals in it the day befor we left and it began to clear the water up. The beds were all very hard and could use new mattresses. The rest of the house worked out perfect for us.

Perfect for a family stay

Let me start with my knit picking issues then i will get into the good stuff. The beds are not the best but are doable and water pressure in the kitchen is not great... again me knot picking. So the good stuff... i stayed with my family which had 2 kids ages 8 and 3 and the house was perfect for us. The bedrooms were big and each had a tv with a roku to entertain them before bed. The master bath was a nice size with a stand up shower that was great. The living room is very large and had plenty of room for the kids to play. The best part of the house for us was the lanai covered pool. The size was big enough for the whole family, already had some existing pool toys which was nice, and a great patio set to sit and relax. The house additionally had beach toys and chairs which were perfect for our 3 beach days because we didn’t have to go purchase anything to entertain the kids at the beach. The location is close to the beach even though the traffic into anna maria sucks at times but it is also far enough down manatee where if u need to go to tampa or orlando it is easy enough yo do. I know i am forgetting stuff but my point is that this house was great and an easy 5 star review!

Enjoyable stay

House was wonderful. Pool was very enjoyable. Could use a new matress in master bedroom, had some ants in one of the bedrooms but nothing to serious.

Wonderful private clean relaxing home for the family !

A lovely spacious relaxing private home for our family . The owners were so nice and helpful and checked with us to make sure the house was in good order and also checked in before we left to make sure we were satisfied and felt comfortable . It is obvious that they care for there properties and guests. They welcomed us and provided a nice welcome book to the area. The house was clean and well stocked. Also they provided a welcome pack with cleaning supplies which is nice when traveling. Beach accessories also a plus such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers , pool toys for the kids... Private back yard with screen was nice and a clean garage for our car. Everything was in working order. The mattress in master has a topper for added comfort. The other bedrooms mattress were a bit firm for the kids. Maybe adding toppers to the other mattress would be our only suggestion. But with that said we had a wonderful stay and will be back to rent from these owners !!!! To get to the many beaches is easy from the house. Getting to AMI is a so easy too. All you need is close by. Many great restaurants. We felt safe in the neighborhood and feel fortunate to have found this vacation opportunity. Thank you for everything:)

Great house for a family vacation!

Overall, we were very please with the house and our stay. The two car garage kept our cars out of the heat during the day. The enclosed pool was awesome and pool floats and toys were already provided. The kitchen appliances were nice. The house was well stocked and ready upon arrival. However, the beds (mattresses or the lack there of) were not very comfortable and we had minor issues getting the temperature of the two smaller rooms cool enough. I would definitely use this house again and recommend to others. The owners were great and stopped by to make sure everything was in order. We greatly enjoyed our time there and the nearby beaches!

EXCELLENT VACATION OR BUSINESS TRIP HOME MAY 26TH TO JUNE 9TH 2018

EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED, THE OWNER TOMAS IS A WONDERFUL PERSON. HE STOPPED BY A FEW TIMES TO SAY HELLO AND ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE, HE GIVES 110% AT HIS RENTAL HOMES . DENNIS AND SUSAN MOUNTAINTOP PA.

Perfect

Just perfect. The house is big and everything was clean and nice. The pool area is awesome. We stayed with our 2 year old son. He loved it. Tomas the owner is very nice and everything worked out very well.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ein Ferienhaus, in dem alles da ist, was man braucht. Schöne Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen! Unser Vermieter Tomas hat sich in der Zeit sehr nett und rührend um uns gekümmert. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Bradenton. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zahlreich in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Die Strände Anna Maria Islands sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten bequem erreichbar. Einziges Manko ist die recht laute Straße (51 Street), an der das Haus liegt.

Excellent accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, well maintained, very spacious and comfortable. The back lanai and pool were an awesome addition to the home. Great to be able to relax around the pool and patio. It is conveniently located to Anna Maria Island, lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. The area felt very safe, we walked the neighbourhood streets almost daily, when not at the beach. Tomas the owner was wonderful. He was very accommodating, handlied any minor issues promptly. Our grandbaby came for a visit and Tomas made sure we had all the baby items required. Thank you Tomas.

Overall a good experience

The property was very nice and well taken care of. We were happy with almost everything. It seemed that the furniture in the home wasn't of the best quality. The beds weren't very comfortable. We were also disappointed that the house wasn't better stocked with everyday items ... especially cleaning products. We were there for 3 weeks and I didn't have anything to clean with. I didn't feel it was my responsibility to go out and purchase things like that. The property owner requested that we treat the home like we treat ours. 3 weeks would be a long time to not clean anything. We had a few other mishaps, but it was our first time and we were happy in general.

Great House

Very nice home for the price. We spent most of our time out back in the lanai by the pool. The location could not be better, everything one could need or want is no more than a 10-15 min drive. Restaurants, stores all very close. The Chop House meat market is maybe 1 mile away, excellent place for many needs. We did have few issues which the owner took care of immediately. We will return to this rental for sure. Garage to keep our car in, newer kitchen was sweet, lots of room for both the wife and I to cook in at the same time. The pool and pool area are one of the best we have been to, very private, quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful

My friends and I were very pleased with the service Tomas and his wife had provided for us. Made sure that everything was going as wanted, and had answered any questions we had very quickly. The home is beautiful, and very clean. Everything about the home was amazing, including the pool in which was very clean. Will definitely be booking with Tomas again!

WOW!! A HIDDEN GEM IN BRADENTON, FL... WONDERFUL PROPERTY OWNERS

Fantastic vacation home !! We spent seven days in this beautiful newly renovated home. It was more than enough space for our family... Everything was just as listed. Tomas and Darina, the owners, thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable, and even went above and beyond to accommodate us . There was plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys for the kids. The home was very inviting & clean. Everytime we went out, we couldn't wait to get back to the house to relax in the heated pool. The pool was nice and refreshing and crystal clear. The kitchen was fully stocked... in fact, we prepared and ate all our meals at the house. The house is so cool and inviting and the outdoor area is so relaxing, we found ourselves never wanting to leave to go anywhere else. The location is perfect, close to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again in the future. Tomas and Darina also have cars for rent for extremely competitive prices. We plan to take advantage of that next year. THANK YOU !!!

Great house - nice pool

Tom was great , showed us everything. He has multiple house and all of them are very nice and reasonable. This house was just redone and was beyond our expectations.
