"we had the handicapped room but felt unsafe the shower chair is too small other challenges in the room it was clean and the amenities were good the first lady staff was great the next morning the lady wasn't that great never asked how our stay was or nothing"

"great location and the rooms comfortable. Pool and hot tub great. Close to walking distance to most shops and a short drive to the trails. We brought the dog without issue, 30 bucks a night. The buffet breakfast was good for 18 bucks approx. The hotel was under construction but nothing major. Nice views of the mountains reasonably priced."

"It was fine, but the place is quite old.. they maintain it adequately.. but it could use a makeover.. the staff is nice, my TV was not working properly and they changed it immediately. The price is very reasonable and I will stay there again."

"I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...
