It has a swimming pool, barbecue area, beer tap, games room, equipped kitchen, official 7-a-side football pitch (FUT7) with professional natural grass and automated irrigation, and a changing room with 4 showers with solar heating. Guests need to bring their own towels and bed linens. We recommend using disposable items (plates, cups, and cutlery) as what we provide may not be sufficient for the number of people using the property. The property also has a caretaker available to assist guests with anything they need. It's important to note that the caretaker lives in a separate house from the rental advertised here. The property is located on a dead-end street next to the Sorocamirim Winery, as mentioned before, and borders the Taquari Fishing Resort, separated by a lake and plenty of green vegetation. Here you will find peace, fresh air, and nature.
