Can Yuca I - Bohemian Beach House in S'Amarador

A magical setting to recharge your batteries with your family in the heart of Mondrago Park, a few minutes walk from the beach of s'Amarador.
The Can Yuca is an Ibicenco-style beach house with a chic and very warm decoration. The key word of this villa is comfort. Each room has a bohemian and unique atmosphere. Bicycles are available for you to ride along this picturesque coastline and paddles can be rented on site.

The accommodation
The Yuca 1 is a beach house that has been completely renovated in winter 2023-2024. It is adjoining the Yuca 2 which opened in 2022.
The Can Yuca is a place with a very warm and refined decoration, the result of many trips around the world.
We hope that you will feel at home and that you will have a relaxing and pleasant holiday.

Traveller access
You will have a self-catering apartment located on the first floor of the Can Yuca villa, consisting of three bedrooms, three double beds, two bathrooms and a living room with a completely new and equipped kitchen. In winter, the house has a fireplace and central heating. In the summer, there is central air conditioning.
You can enjoy a beautiful and intimate terrace on the roof of the house. (there is no garden on the first floor).

Other remarks
A car is essential in our region. If you want to rent one, we work with an excellent local agency.
You can park freely in front of the house.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
Transfers to/from the airport can be arranged, the price is €70 each way, on request only.

❗️The Balearic tourism tax must be paid on site in cash. Please leave it at the kitchen before you leave. This corresponds to:
• 1 April to 31 October: 2.20€ per person over 16 years old / per night
• 1 November to 31 March: 0.55€ per person over 16 years old / per night ❗️
