Wine Country Bungalow

Welcome to the Prunetree Wine Country Bungalow in the beautiful Sonoma Valley. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located vacation rental. Amenities include a fire pit, bbq, and outdoor dining space. AC and high speed internet are a must for your wine country getaway. The bungalow includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Centrally located to the Sonoma, Russian River, Healdsburg and Napa wine regions.

Please inquire about our Concierge service offered to all Wine Country Estate Management guests. Have one of our private chefs come cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Book your limousine wine tasting transportation and airport transfers with our corporate partners Pure Luxury Limousine, Boutique Wine Tours and Bohemian Highway Luxury Wine Tours! In house massages are also offered at the Farmhouse, and IV Hydration on site therapy. Ask about our winery partnerships too! :)

This home is professionally managed by the Wine Country Estate Management team. We'll be available to you anytime if you need anything! Unless that happens, we will respect your privacy, and you will not see or hear from us during your stay.

The house is comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. I like that the neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and we could bring our dog. For us an added bonus is that there is an aquatic facility just a few minutes away—Finley. Also, Oliver’s is a great market, maybe ten minutes away, and the house js close to towns like Sebastopol.

My husband and I had a great, but too short visit, to this home. The home was immaculate with plenty of dinnerware and cookware in the kitchen. The location was perfect: a few miles to our favorite wineries and The Barlow, and only a half-hour beautiful drive to Bodega Bay. Our little pup enjoyed the backyard in a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for making this home available. We will be back!

Perfectly Comfortable

This home checks all the boxes for location, convenience, and zen. Host is very responsive. Well furnished kitchen for meals in, a great backyard for relaxing, and even a pool table for hanging out with your loved ones (two legged and four).We enjoyed the garden landscaping. Vresponsive host!

Clean house with great location

The location worked perfectly for us and the house was very clean with plenty of nice amenities and considerations for guests. Thanks for being pet-friendly! The only thing we noticed is that we could have used another reading lamp next to the bed so that both of us could read comfortably in bed.

Nice location, great yard and cute house

We were thankful to find an affordable place in Wine Country that didn't break the bank. The beds were comfortable, lots of towels, clean bathroom with working toilets (yayI). There was a nice backyard with a BBQ that we didn't use. Note this house is smaller than it looks in the photos. The kitchen was small, but is was fine, we didn't cook while there. Basic kitchen for a short stay. This house rules insists on quite hours. Late night parties are forbidden. Which were pretty understandable for a neighborhood. Decorated very cute. It was pretty clean. The walls could use a big of TLC. Nice showers. Great washer and drier (thank you), and the pool table in the garage, which we loved, along with some other fun games for your family to enjoy. The Management company was helpful during the booking process, but not so great at responding to additional information before our trip. We had to contact VRBO who sent a message, but they still didn't respond. Not a big deal, but it was frustrating. Calling them is better. However, once we got there, they responded pretty quickly. We were out an around so didn't check our email very often.They sent us a lot of notes during our stay. I feel like they could of been better communicated before or upon arrival. Ie: check out rules. We had no instructions regarding the trash. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you!

Sweet, cozy bungalow

I had to be in Santa Rosa for a medical procedure that also required a very limited diet, so staying in a hotel and eating out was a non-starter. Finding the Wine Country Bungalow checked all the boxes - fully stocked and equipped kitchen for meal prep, comfy, cozy spaces to relax and enjoy, close to everything, peaceful neighborhood, super-clean, organized and new everything!, modern, tasteful, soothing furnishings, outdoor spaces for relaxing, laundry facilities and a pool table! My husband enjoyed shooting pool and I soaked up the sun while reading in the backyard. When we come to the area again for some fun, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This adorable house has it all! The house is perfect for two but would be totally comfortable for two couples or a small family. Communication with the host was so very easy and there were written reminders at the house for important information. The host was even able to accommodate my request for an early check in, which made a big difference for me. It was great to feel at home and relaxed during a stressful procedure. Happily all is well, and I so very much appreciate the hospitality that helped me feel at ease.

Fully stocked

The property had a fully stocked kitchen and close to downtown Santa Rosa but not a walkable distance. My family was very comfortable there and even enjoyed the game room/garage.
