Welcome to You, Me and the Sea! Located on the iconic and charming Tupelo Street, this tasteful, coastal beach cottage was just renovated and has officially joined our rental program!
Upon arrival, guests will be refreshed to spy a beachy, white exterior and a welcoming front porch, featuring rocking chairs and an outdoor swing that overlooks the fenced, shaded front yard. What a fantastic way to debut in the one and only Seaside, FL! Step inside and into a generous, lounge/living space, with cushioned seating and a flatscreen, next to a small set of stairs that will carry guests into a communal, common area, offering an open living and dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, all complete with upgraded designer furnishings and luxury touches throughout. The dining area has built-in seating and a stone tulip table that comfortably seats six to eight. There is an adjacent wet bar with a beverage fridge and an ice maker. The adjacent bar seating off the kitchen accommodates three more. The completely renovated chef's kitchen has high-end appliances throughout: a six-burner gas stove, a large Sub-Zero fridge, a large farmhouse sink, and a pantry.
Travel upstairs towards the bedrooms. Step into a large king suite that is near a full bath, with a seating area with a sofa and chair, as well as dresser storage, a flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with lounge seating that overlooks the Tupelo Gazebo! Nearby, guests can locate another king room with dresser storage and a flatscreen TV, as well as an ensuite, full bath. The third bedroom is a bunk room with four single beds, dresser storage, and a flatscreen TV, near a full bath with a large shower. A set of stairs can carry guests into the gem of this cottage- a private, open-air tower with seating for two, serving up panoramic views of the town and the stunning gulf!
