Welcome to a 30A beach experience! Seagrove Bungalow 153 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage in The Bungalows at Seagrove just 400 yards from beach access. This adorable two story cottage offers a bright, open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen featuring new stainless steel appliances. With a king in each bedroom on the second floor, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor, this lovely cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. There is also a half-bath which includes a linen closet with a stackable washer/dryer for additional convenience. Chase the sunset from the balcony, which you can access from either bedroom and you will love having the pool just steps away. Bungalows at Seagrove is a planned bungalow community of 56 individual 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes in Seagrove Beach, less than 2 miles east of Seaside, on Highway 30-A. It is walking distance to bike, golf cart, kayak rentals and stores to purchase beach essentials. If you forgot or need something it is a 4 minute walk to Tom Thumb Convenience Store. You can also walk to Goatfeathers Seafood Market for their fresh seafood, steamed shrimp, smoked tuna dip and more. This well appointed planned community is within walking distance of the beach and includes 2 pools, a hot tub, masterfully landscaped grounds, abundant parking spaces, and sidewalks, with numerous wooden walk bridges.

Area Attractions:

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We stayed here for a Mother Daughter beach trip with my daughter’s best friend and her mom. So 4 of us. The bungalow was absolutely perfect and probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. We will absolutely look to stay here again!

Our stay at Seagrove Bungalows was exactly what we needed for Spring Break - walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops, but secluded from the traffic and action of 30A. For our 9 and 11 yo boys, the pool and nearby shave ice were all they needed. The house was perfect sized for our family of 4, very clean and with a well stocked kitchen. We’d love to return!

The only reason I am not giving this property a 10/10 is the check in process and communication with the management team. I would recommend including the name of the neighborhood (Bungalows) in the check in description. Google Maps dead ended us by two gated communities, which was confusing. Also, the fact that we could not check in even slightly before 4pm was underwhelming. Lastly, the property could have used more housekeeping supplies. We were only given 2 trash bags. I have called and left a message requesting more. Never heard back from anyone. Now onto the great bits. Check out process was super simple and not burdensome. The bungalow itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is great. The little community it’s in has 2 pools, which was a great added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was well kept, and clean. The street is on the corner with the only gas station, which is kind of a pain. The Bungalo itself was very cozy, and had everything you needed. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. The small pool directly of front of the Bungalow was nice and not used a ton by other people. The large pool was maybe a 1 minute walk down the side wall.

This property is perfect for our family of 4. This house was very clean/neat, and had a good amenity package. The cookware was really nice (which isn't common), and all the daily necessities (showers, beds, appliances, and furniture are nice). Rent a golf cart for easy mobility to-from the restaurants, beaches, and stores. Pool is really nice, and the property is well kept. We really enjoyed our stay.
