WaterColor Reunions is an immaculate new vacation house for rent in the Forest District of WaterColor. The neighborhood is family-friendly and centrally located. You'll enjoy authentic coastal living in this 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home large enough for all your family and friends, and features a private pool. It also includes four bikes and a golf cart, and is a short drive or bike ride to the beach (1.1 mile to Seaside beach access and 2.2 miles to WaterColor Beach Club). The home is also in walking distance (0.2 miles) to the WaterColor Crossings shopping plaza with grocery store, pizza restaurant, and other essential amenities like the bank and postal stop. With everything close by, it's easy to feel right at home at WaterColor Reunions.

The first floor of the home provides a kitchen, dining area, living area, queen bedroom, and laundry room. The kitchen was designed with function in mind so that multiple people can gather in the space to cook, converse, and dine without crowding one another. Thermador Professional appliances and all the necessary cookware are provided. The large, mobile island is versatile and can be used to create a serving line or food prep space. Within the island, a huge custom sink allows two to wash and two to dry while keeping an eye on the pool activity. The dining area offers an enormous custom table with chairs and bench-seating to match. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar.

The living area is cozy, situated at the back of the house with a fireplace and five sets of French doors overlooking the scenic views of the outdoor area. Two couches and oversized chairs make the room, even more, inviting for lounging and relaxing. A flat-screen TV and DVD player offer entertainment. The fun continues outdoors with the screened-in porches furnished with al fresco dining furniture. The pool is one of the most marvelous features of the outdoor space, with LED lights, scuppers, water features, and fireplace. Additionally, there is a 10-person hot tub and a quasi-kiddy pool with jets. Fun and games take place nearby with bag toss games and a fire pit to gather around. With all of these features, the home acts as your own private mini-resort within the privacy of a home.

The first-floor queen bedroom is convenient for those who prefer not to climb stairs. The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It is complete with a king bed, spacious closet, balcony overlooking the pool, and a private master bathroom. The master bathroom is fitted with a multi-head shower and soaking tub. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor; one offers a king bed and the other offers a queen bed. Rounding out the second-floor accommodations is a sitting room with a TV and comfortable seating. It's an ideal space to unwind with a good book or to watch the morning news.
