Place was filthy when we arrived. Damage to walls and scratches, property has not been maintained. Sand all over the floors and outside patio (including used and broken body boards and chairs left). Broken toilet paper holder, stains on pillows - Dust hanging from popcorn ceilings, half an inch of dust on all ceiling fans. We walked around barefoot the 1st night and after 30mins, our feet were black from dirt, obviously floor has not been cleaned or mopped. I cleaned the countertops with a Clorox wipe, and disgusted by how many were used to clean it. Surprised by how we could hear some conversations and the opening of cabinets/drawers in the unit next to ours. Dryer would take 2hrs to dry a simple load of laundry.

Beachview villas

The condo was cute and very close to the beach! Great location. However, needs regular maintenance and upkeep. 1. New refrigerator still had packing tape and the inside shelves were note installed. This is a job for management or owners, not renters 2. Toaster needs replacing. Only 1 side works. 3. Children's room has 2 bunk beds which are very shaky and unstable. This is a safety hazard and needs to be checked after every rental 4. Half of the light bulbs need replacing 5. Very few dishes. Only 2 cups, so everyone had to share them for morning coffee

Not steps to the beach

We stayed in the same property several years ago and walked directly to the beach-which resembles the description "steps to the beach." We were surprised to find that now you must walk at least a quarter of mile to get to the property leased beach. There is a golf cart service, but it only runs every 15 minutes(that not always reliable) or very helpful when loaded down with beach gear. The stove in our unit did not work properly and the fridge was covered in sticky liquid upon arrival. Booking beachside next time! Do your research!

Pleasant stay

Had a wonder 3 day stay at this condo. Over all the complex has good amenities and great communication with the host. Comfortably slept our whole group with bed space for everyone. Third floor property so lots of trips up and down stairs for groceries and unpacking/packing up car.

3 bedroom condo review

Overall we had a good experience & the condo was functional, was in a good location relative to Seaside, Seagrove Beach, & Panama City. We rented bikes & this greatly enhanced the experience. The condo is a 5 minute walk from the area on the beach leased by this condo community where you can put chairs & a pop up tent. They have a shuttle from 9a-5p but that doesn’t help you carry beach gear if you have a family with kids or older folks.

Excellent accommodations and a great value!

My group takes a couple of vacations to 30a every year. We normally rent houses, but this year we made reservations a little late and had a limited selection that would fit our space needs and budget. I'm so happy we rented this unit, as our experience was excellent, from top to bottom. The unit was clean, well maintained, and in a superb location. The beach was a short walk - under 10 minutes, even with all our stuff. The owner /manager was resonator, friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze, and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend this rental agency and this unit.

Spring break

This adorable beach condo was perfect for our family of 6 to include 3 children and 3 adults. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook with. The only thing that would prevent us from returning to this condo is the walking distance to the beach. It is a long walk to the beach especially if you are carrying all of the things you would need for a day on the beach. Once you are at the beach, you must walk 10 minutes back to the condo to use the rest room or retrieve anything you left behind. The beach closest to the condo is a private beach that you are not allowed to use, except to walk along the shoreline. Overall, the condo and beach is lovely. Restaurants were great.

Great overall location, spacious clean and comfortable condo!

Great first stay along the 30A! Location was central to 30A beach towns. Private beach access was kind of a haul with a wagon and kids stuff but not too bad. Clean, spacious condo and property managers were very responsive and great!
