  • El secreto mejor guardado en la playa! Ubicado en el lado del golfo de 30A!

    Edificio # 11 en Beachside Villas. Condominio en el primer piso con excelente acceso y conveniente para llegar a la playa. Nuestro condominio es uno de los mejores valores en el complejo, y en toda el área de Seagrove, Santa Rosa y Seaside Beach.

    Nuestro condominio en el primer piso es un cómodo aprox. 836 pies cuadrados de tamaño y recientemente ha sido actualizado con buen gusto. Está bien mantenido, bien decorado, luminoso, limpio y alegre.

    El condominio cuenta con dos habitaciones, una suite principal con una cama king-size y una segunda habitación con dos camas matrimoniales. La sala de estar y cada una de las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana con servicio de cable HD. El salón tiene un reproductor de DVD.

    Alquile bicicletas, recuéstese junto a la piscina o en la playa, juegue al tenis, disfrute de las compras en las tiendas y restaurantes locales únicos o vaya al condominio.

    No fumar y no mascotas en el condominio, por favor.

The location was perfect. A short stroll to the beach as well as so many restaurants and coffee shops close by. The condo was incredibly clean and comfortable at night. Perfect getaway for the girls weekend we had.

Great location. Within a quick walk to the beach and eastern lake. My son loves skim boarding in eastern lake before it connected to the ocean. We loved our stay.

Lovely condo with a short walk to the beach! We were also able to rent bikes on property and had a great time exploring the neighborhood. Very close to many restaurants and attractions.

Condo was perfect for 4 adults. Beach chairs and beach equipment were a nice addition, close walk to the beach!We walked to Old Florida Fish House for dinner and Buddy's seafood market another day for fresh shrimp for dinner. Would def recommend:)

The location of the property is perfect! Close to everything but not crowded like other areas on 30A. The condo is lovely, it has everything you need.

Thanksgiving Stay

Enjoyed our stay, while we were visiting family who own a house nearby. It was nice to have our own place to sleep, was very comfortable and clean and convenient. Thanks!

Host-Samantha, was very sweet and understanding when we had an unpredictable situation arise. Thankfully everything worked out and we had a very relaxing stay. Summer’s Shell was a great place, very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! Also it was a very short walk to the beach!

We enjoyed this place and had a great time exploring the area on our e-bikes. We had everything we needed during our stay and the owner was quick to respond to my texts. You can tell that the owner put thought into what renters would need and she provides it all. The king bed was comfy. The place was very clean.We won't likely return to the area, but I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.

We love this area and this was our favorite condo we have stayed at in the complex. The living was spacious. Communication with Samantha was prompt, accommodating and hospitable!

Wish we could have enjoyed the pool and beach but thats what we get for booking in Feb super cute place and exactly what we needed. Will def be back!

great location for the beach

We loved our stay at the condo! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family of 4. It was great being just a short walk to the beach. And having the beach umbrellas, the cart to carry them, and the backpack folding chairs all provided was huge. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Fantastic location and condo!

My family (husband and 2 daughters) loved our stay! Condo was very clean, nice furnishings, and the location to the beach/gulf was ideal. Short drive or bike ride to shops and restaurants in Seaside was great! Will be back!

Grandparent/Grandchildren Annual Trip

We drove from Oklahoma and we were in awe of this friendly property so close to all amenities and the beautiful beach! The property manager went above and beyond with our needs. So clean and lacks nothing!

Best Condo in Seagrove Beach!

We had a great time on the gulf, and we are convinced this area is superior to any other ..the condo was amazing, beds were comfortable, everything we needed was here, as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops all easy to get to and convenient! Especially appreciated the host’s recommendation on places of interest and fantastic places to eat (don’t miss Hurricane Oyster Bar and Grill), reasonable prices and amazing Happy Hour! We totally enjoyed our stay and would come back to this same property, and this breathtaking beach! Thank you for a great experience!
