  • BELLA BREEZE es una hermosa casa grande en el lado sur de 30A a pocos pasos de una hermosa playa privada. Se encuentra en una pequeña comunidad cerrada con solo 6 casas, muy privada y segura. Bella Breeze tiene una PISCINA PRIVADA con la opción de calentar, dos cocinas con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, dos salas de estar, televisores en la mayoría de las habitaciones, barbacoa al aire libre y mucho espacio interior para acomodar reuniones familiares o grandes vacaciones familiares / de amigos. La mesa de la cocina y la gran piscina de gran tamaño pueden acomodar fácilmente a 20 invitados. Bella Breeze también tiene estacionamiento para 6 autos que es difícil de encontrar en la playa.

Beautiful place was able to accommodate our large group. Plenty of seating for relaxation as well as dining, kitchen was well stocked with appliances for cooking and eating for a large group. Pool was perfect with pool toys to use for our children beach was beautiful with access to additional chairs and beach toys. Beach was beautiful in our family picture. Best week ever!!

Great location and property for a big group

If you're looking to just chill out and relax at the beach or pool with family and friends, this was a great location. Tons of community space, tons of beds for kids and tons of stocked stuff in the kitchen.

Family Vacation

We have been vacationing for years with our growing family. This property was the perfect fit with 12 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, large living room, great pool and plenty of parking. The beach was beautiful with clear water and space away from crowds.

Family Vacation

The home is beautiful and wonderful for a large family, with plenty of space for family dinners or gathering in the living room. The beach is private and you don’t have to cross any streets to get to it. Our family had a wonderful week!

I was on weekend with my family and friends. We really liked it. The house is very spacious and has a swimming pool, right by the beach. The house has everything you need. We immediately received answers to all our questions. Everyone really liked it. I think we will come back here more than once.

Amazing Family Vacation!

This place was just as amazing as described. We had everything we needed with no issues. The main level with two kitchens and plenty of seating was perfect for our large group. It allowed us to spend so much quality time together. Thanks to the owners of Bella Breeze for the honor of staying here.

Family Vacation celebrating our 50th Anniversary and other family commemorations

Ideal gated community with everything as advertised. House suited our large family needs and we used every inch of what it offered. Particularly appreciated the large stand alone ice maker, large dinner table and large family/game rooms. Will definitely look to return.

50th Birthday Celebration.

We had 12 couples (24) adults all stay for a quick Birthday getaway. House worked out great, location, restrooms, bedrooms with multiple kitchen areas. The property managers/host had incredible communication and willing to help and accommodate in anyway. Thank you for allowing us in your home. Greatly appreciated and memories for a lifetime. Thank you.

Most memorable beach trip!

Everyone in our 20-person party agreed that this home exceeded expectations. Being literally steps from the beach was an enormous luxury! And having two kitchens was also a must when feeding so many guests. The kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms were all clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was a perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. Communication with property management was timely and thorough, and we even got an early check-in which made arrival much easier for some of our guests. Cannot say enough about this house, everyone was impressed and relieved to be so close to the beach.

Bella Breeze has it all!

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful house! The age range of our vacationers was age 3-83 and we were 18 people. We love the facts that the house has easy access to the beach without having to cross any roads, it has its own pool, there are individual bunk rooms with access to 1/2 bathrooms as well as master suites, there are two kitchens, a large family room, a wonderful long table so we could all sit together, plenty of kitchen supplies, and last but not least- there is an ice maker! We hope to return again.

Summer Pace has EVERYTHING

If you have a large group; this home is your best option on 30A. There are 12 bedrooms, 6 full baths, and 4 half baths that provide lots of privacy and comfy niches for all ages. The family room and kitchen eating area are huge. There are two full kitchens with dishwashers , microwaves, stoves, and refrigerators. Our group of 23 loved the ice maker, private swimming pool , and easy beach access with NO road crossing! Our family has gone to the Seagrove area for over 25 years and done a lot of research on possible places to stay. We have stayed at Summer Pace 3 out of the 4 last stays and missed one opportunity because we waited too late to book it!
