This PRIME location on the Gulf side of 30A features a cozy 1 BR condo that sleeps 4 and offers breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. Just STEPS from your private beach (free for guests) and a short walk / ride from top restaurants in the area such as Old Florida Fish House, Goatfeather's, and Cafe Thirty-A. This location cannot be beat!

THE SPACE
The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, with 2 twin bunk beds in the hallways (see photos). Great for couples, or small families / groups looking for a sweet beach getaway. This unit is on the 2nd floor up one flight of stairs (no elevator). There is a queen mattress in the bedroom, and 2 twin bunks in the hallway. Sleeps 4.

This 1982 beachfront condo may exhibit some signs of its age but has been well loved over the years. Recent renovations inclue exterior paint, all new doors and windows.

Please note: Exterior improvements / necessary repairs on the building and neighboring buildings may occur intermittently and without notice.

AMENITIES TO GET YOU SETTLED IN
Enjoy a starter set of amenities during your stay. Our kitchen essentials include 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 trashcan liner. In each bathroom, you'll find 2 soap bars, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 makeup rag, and 3 rolls of toilet paper, as well as 2 bathroom garbage bags, 3 hand towels in the master bathroom, 4 washcloths, and 4 bath towels. We have a Keurig coffee maker but do not provide pods.

BEACH ACCESS
The nearest beach is just steps away. From the condo, walk down the first flight of stairs and you should see the top of another set of stairs that leads down to the water. This beach is private and available for guests of Beachside Condos (which includes you).

BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA
4 portable folding beach chairs (Tommy Bahama style or similar) and 1 umbrella + sand anchor are provided for guests.
Most guests our happy with our equipment, but beach chair service is also an option via a local vendor ($30/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella)

POOL
Available year round but is not heated. 2 minute walk.

LAUNDRY
Coin-operated washer and dryer in the building but currently out of service.

NEAREST LAUNDRY SERVICE
20 min drive to the west is Klean Wash with a self-service laundromat as well as full service drop off or Mom's Laundry Service (Local Pickup & Delivery). $1.50/lb

TV/ INTERNET
In addition to Vizio Watch Free+, and MediaCom basic cable, each TV has Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favorite apps from your personal subscription accounts). Please note that while we provide TVs and internet for convenience, Mediacom has been known to have instability in this area, and we cannot always guarantee operation or specific channel availability.

SECURITY CAMERAS
We have 1 Ring Doorbell Cam that faces the exterior hallway. There are no interior cameras.

PARKING INFO
There is space for one car (or cart) in the parking lot. It is free but not gated, and is only available to Beachside guests. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the unit when you arrive.

- Please refrain from charging lithium ion batteries while unattended.

- No early check-in or late check-out (but we’ll text if ready early)
- Hosts not responsible for temporary outages, closures (beach, pool, hot tub etc), maintenance, construction, or weather-related issues.
- No refunds outside our cancellation policy
- Rule violations may result in fines or cancellation without refund
- Lost / left items will incur a $50 fee + shipping to send back. Please ensure you have all your belongings when you leave.
- $100 security hold required per stay; released after checkout if no damage.


CHECK-OUT
- Run the dishwasher (we can unload).
- Remove trash, including fridge. (Excessive trash may incur a fee.)
- Dirty towels in the bathroom.

AIR CONDITIONING
Please don't set the AC more than 15 to 20 degrees cooler than outside, or leave doors/windows open while it's on as this can freeze the unit and shut down the HVAC.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy. Please review the cancellation policy at time of booking. No refunds are given outside of that cancellation policy prior to arrival or during your stay, including for weather, maintenance, renovations, utility issues, or amenity disruptions. We highly recommend travel insurance for added flexibility. If Airbnb or VRBO issues a refund outside our policy, we reserve the right to recharge your card. That said, our goal as responsible hosts is to give you the best stay possible. If we missed anything or something can be improved, let us know right away so we can make it right. We look forward to hosting you!

CHARGEBACKS
Guest agrees all charges tied to their Airbnb stay-- including extras -- are final, non-refundable, and may not be disputed. Any chargeback or payment dispute is a breach of this agreement. Guest must reimburse all costs (including legal fees) tied to any dispute. Unpaid disputes after 30 days may be sent to collections. Host may pursue all legal remedies. Host's proof of purchase is sufficient to counter chargebacks.

Great location to the beach and shops

Great location to just about everything. No laundry in unit, on site or close by so had to make sure we packed enough clothes. That was the only downside. Beach access was a huge plus and view of the beach was good.

Great place to stay if you want to be right on the beach! The unit is very clean but could use a few cosmetic updates. It is important to note that the washer and dryer on the property is currently out of order and we were not informed of this until check in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

As first-timers to Seaside I was flying blind on a rental property. I was so appreciative that the owner was so polite and responsive to my many questions. The location could not have been better, and we thoroughly enjoyed the ease and convenience of the property to the beach. The unit was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. There were even chairs and a boogie board for us to use, which was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental to others.

Short walk to the beach & great view!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachside property with our 4- and 1-year-olds! The location was perfect — just a very short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back up to the room with the kids when needed. One of the highlights was watching dolphins right from the balcony!The home was thoughtfully stocked with family-friendly amenities, including beach towels and even beach books for the kids, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. They even had the pack n play set up for us! The only minor downside was that the laundry facilities in the complex weren’t working during our visit, but we were still able to manage just fine.Overall, a wonderful place for a family getaway — we’d absolutely stay again!

Location can’t be beat

This was our first time staying at this property, but it definitely won’t be our last! The view from the balcony is even better in person, the beach access is steps from the condo, the area felt very safe at night, and a few minutes drive to the heart of seaside. Ernie was on top of everything, and even sent a checkin message to make sure there were no issues. From booking until checkout, it was one of the easiest VRBO transactions I’ve had. We loved it so much, we’re already talking about staying here again this fall

Great beachside condo

This is a second floor condo with an outside staircase. This lovely one bedroom condo was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy Seagrove beach. Good kitchen facilities. The unit was clean and the owner was very responsive. We could see the beach from our deck.With the new private beach signs all over the beachfront in Seagrove we chose to stay in a beachfront property and I am glad we did. We will be staying here again.
