One for All is your dream vacation retreat! This brand new beach house is perfect for multiple families and is the perfect entertaining house. With 2 primary king suites, 2 Queen Rooms, and 2 custom-built bunk rooms, this lovely coastal home can easily accommodate 16. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need to prepare large meals or snacks for the beach. The living area has plenty of "sink-in" comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV that's perfect for watching a family movie or sporting event. If you need a break from the beach or just want a relaxing evening, the large usable outdoor living space will not disappoint. The private backyard includes an oversized deck, dipping pool with jacuzzi features, lounge chairs and a gas grill. One for All is also a perfect home for the boaters looking to explore great fishing, both in Choctawhatchee Bay and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, for an experience that will last a lifetime.

ABOUT THE AREA: Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants like Surfing Deer and Market Cafe. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride west will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east and you can find yourself at The Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach or want a different experience.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest private deeded beach access is the San Juan access (only accessible by foot, bike or golf cart) as well as Pelayo and Barcelona streets, all of which are directly south of the property across 30A. The nearest public beach access is Santa Clara where there is parking, restrooms, lifeguards and wheelchair accessibility.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
