Coffee lovers can choose between the Keurig, a traditional drip, or the pour-over kettle. When it is time to eat, pull up one of the four stools at the island or gather the whole crew at the dining nook, which comfortably seats six.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms, plus a loft.

OUTDOOR

OTHER DETAILS
• Rental Agreement: Once booked, you’ll receive a point of contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign. This is for liability purposes only.
• Security Deposit: There is a $150 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It’s auto released 3 days after you depart!
• Check-In: 4 PM
• Check-Out: 10 AM
• Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 12 guests
• Pet Policy: Two dogs allowed with prior approval and a $200 fee /per dog
• Guest Policies: No smoking, vaping, no parties or events, and please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM
• Safety: Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers
• Amenities: Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletry essentials are provided for your comfort

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability):
• Early check-in (2:00 PM) available for a $50 fee (request 24 hours in advance). Fully refunded if the home is not ready by 2:00 PM.
• Late check-out (11:00 AM) available for a $50 fee to enjoy one last hour of vacation.

Rupa was so easy to work with and very communicative. A complete delight to work with. Beautiful home with all the things you need to enjoy your home away from home. Excellent location and perfect for a family getaway. We hope to visit again soon! My kiddos are ready to move in full time!

Would rather have stayed somewhere else

When arriving we were excited to see a nice neighborhood. You do have to cross a main and busy road and down about 7 mins from the property to the tram, so compared to Santa Rosa last year, we would prefer to stay there. Also, the couch had weird stains on it so it was unusable the whole trip and that was inconvenient. The bunk bed rooms furniture had big chips in the wood which was unsafe for kids so we had to line it with pillows. They had a piece of broken furniture that was poorly glued back on and resulted in my nephew getting a small wound on his head when trying to open it for his game. The decks and windows and walls had visible dirt and residue on them. We also had a lot of issues with the lock pad not working and us not being able to get into the house. Luckily we usually had someone home so they could let us in. There is also not a lock on the door from the inside, so keep that in mind if you have little ones. The house itself would have Been wonderful if up kept properly because there was definitely enough space for our family with 5 kids. I would say for the price and location overall, we stayed right across from the beach in a big property with nice amenities and a 1 min walk to beach in Santa Rosa on 30a for a little cheaper and that overall was a better experience. I would not book here again personally for price, location, And cleanliness.

Great property

This property is well stocked with towels, paper products, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap and even spices. Great location. 5 minute bike ride from several goods restaurants. 10 minutes bike ride to the beach. Only downside was the parking for the property is very tight and the bikes weren’t in great condition, but the property manager sent some handle bar grips to address a couple of the rusty handlebars. All in all, would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our week in Grayton and the property. It is next to the community pool and just a short walk or bike ride to the trolley to get to the beach. The house was spotless and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

House is absolutely beautiful! Excellent location and an amazing pool which is very close to the house. Free trolley was fantastic for going to beach and restaurants. Owner/manager excellent with communication. Don’t hesitate to book this rental. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Beautiful home

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was clean and well stocked. We have stayed in many places and this was by far the best home we have been in. The beach was further than we had hoped so the shuttle certainly helped. Thank you for helping to make our trip so great!

Grayt Stay @ Doin' Grayt

Stunning and well-maintained home. We have been coming to Watercolor/Grayton Beach for years, and this was the best as far having everything needed, from kitchen items to beach chairs, etc. Perfect set-up for the bedrooms/baths, and the brand-new PlayStation was nice, as well. Short walk and even shorter drive to the beach shuttle - which runs so frequently - we rarely waited more than a few minutes for one - if we waited at all. It ran well into the evening - so it was great to take to Red Bar/Chiringo's/AJ's, etc. Will definitely be back!

Amazing

This property was wonderful, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need and it’s all high- end. The bedrooms and bathrooms had very nice furnishings as well, short walk to coffee shops, restaurants….etc the tram was was super convenient, nice quiet pool. The only thing I would recommend is adding a mop or swifter, the floors get a little grimy after a few days. But overall Amazing property and I can’t wait to stay again.
