Make our happy place your vacation happy place at Rollin Tide C7 "Think Happy Thoughts". This modern and updated 1-bedroom unit can sleep up 5 guests and is dog friendly. From the 2nd floor you'll have a beautiful view of the heated pool and lush landscaping. A short walk takes you to convenient beach access.

The bedroom includes a queen bed, TV and private bathroom. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a twin bed nook. This unit has everything you need to enjoy a great 30A vacation.

The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for children and adults to walk, play or ride bikes in a beautiful and safe environment. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing and building a sandcastle. Just a short one and a half mile walk or bike ride using the paved bikeways takes your to nearby Seaside. Experience amazing food, unique shopping, free outdoor concerts, outdoor family movies, wine festivals, unique art festivals, live theater, art galleries, arts and craft shows, antique car shows and good old hometown parades. Sunset anywhere on 30A is a must.

Beach Access:
Seagrove Beach Regional Access is located just 0.2 mile from the complex, about a 4-minute walk or a quick 1-minute bike ride or drive. This public access offers convenient entry to the shoreline, along with parking for 23 vehicles, dedicated bike parking, restrooms, ADA accessibility, and rinse showers.

On top of that, we are known for fishing, dining, golfing, tennis, boating, skiing, and unique local shopping or the huge outlet mall in Sandestin (20 minutes away). It is absolutely one of the most wonderful and relaxing places in the world. If you desire a little more strenuous activity, jump in the car and take a short ride to Panama City or Destin for the theme parks, water parks and other attractions. In other words, whatever your interests and desires are, everything for your best vacation ever is right here!

Your stay at Rollin Tide C7 - Think Happy Thoughts comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Perfect Beach Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay with our little family. So close to the beach, easy check in and check out, and the management company was really easy to work with when something might have gone wrong. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect for our long Thanksgiving weekend. It was clean, comfortable bed, kitchen was fully equipped and the location was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach. We already booked it for 2025!

Quaint and comfortable

We so enjoyed our stay despite the effects of Francine. Very clean, plenty of linens and towels, pillows and bed comfortable. Nice covered porch with views onto the pool with comfortable chairs made the rainy days enjoyable.

Clean and comfortable

Great condo, small but the furniture and updated decor made it enjoyable. Stayed 2 nights and needed more toilet paper and paper towels because we cooked and utilized the kitchen often. coffee filters provided for the coffee we brought. by the way NO COFFEE SHOPS open before 7 am so I was happy to enjoy coffee on the balcony

Winter Get Away

We enjoyed our stay very much. The management was very easy to talk to, and very prompt on answering any questions and deal with . This was our first VRBO experience and I have to say we picked the right spot in the right place. We stayed for a month and had a great time and would recommend you to anybody who is wishing to come . The rental was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The noise with the cupboards from the renter next-door could get loud at times but overall we had a great stay. Management was very on spot with the details to everything we needed prior to coming while we were there and as we were leaving. We were in walking distance to most things or a short drive to shops, eateries, beach etc . It was nice to sit out on the balcony and read a book and the pool area was very nice and relaxing to enjoy the sunshine. Thanks again for letting us stay at your Vrbo. The Bauers

Hidden Gem

We loved staying in this location if you’re looking for a non-beachfront property. The beach access was a quick walk from the property. However, once on the beach a large portion in front of the public access was privately owned. Had to walked down the beach about 50-60 yds to reach an area we were allowed to use. No complaints about the property except the pool did not feel heated as described in the booking information. Great deal for the listed prices.

Enjoyed it

Didn’t get the door code as it was blank in the access instructions. Contacted the management company but it was high volume time and couldn’t get anyone right away. Finally able to get in about 15 minutes after check in time. Otherwise nice stay. Quick walk to the beach. Great food nearby! Could use cooking oil for guests.

Aside from some cleaning issues that were mentioned to management, we enjoyed our stay. I never received a call back after notifying management on day 2 of our 5day stay, but we cleaned the areas I mentioned to the female on the phone. 5 people would definitely be cramped but do-able. We are familiar with the location so walking & biking to Seagrove is convenient. Overall a decent place to stay when you’re trying not to spend an outrageous amount to be directly on the beach.

Perfect for small family

We came as a graduation present to our don. 3 adults snd my teen daughter. The pool outside was a big bonus. Clean, cute, comfortable bed. Close to most things. We really enjoyed it! Will book again

Perfect place for small group

We had a lovely time at Seagrove and the place was as advertised. Clean, cozy, quiet, and great location. Perfect for a family of four. I loved that it was dog friendly too. Would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others. One minor suggestion for future visitors, bring extra trash bags. Only one small trash bag was provided and we went through it on the first day.
