  • En el espíritu de la comunidad de la acuarela original, nuestra casa perfectamente ubicada en la Fase 1 cuenta con muy posiblemente los interiores más encantadores del vecindario. Nuestro refugio de estilo bungalow es una escapada elegante y actualizada situado en el Distrito de Parques. Todo se trata de la ubicación en Acuarela y hermosas casas en lugares convenientes no son fáciles de encontrar, así que reserve rápido para agarrarlo antes que alguien más lo haga.

    ** Disponible para alquileres de sábado a sábado solo durante la temporada de verano. Las tarifas por noche (con los mínimos por temporada) y semanales disponibles en otros horarios. Las solicitudes de reserva están sujetas a confirmación. **

    La amplia sala de estar está llena de una multitud de ventanas que llenan la casa con luz natural. antigüedades y fabulosos accesorios hacen de esta una de las casas más interesantes y atractivos de la comunidad.

    Entra en nuestra Fase I Bungalow y se encuentra entre la decoración de la vendimia importado de diversas colecciones para crear un ambiente de playa. La casa ha sido muy bien equipadas con piezas nuevas y antiguas; sofás y sillas que permiten la comodidad y la relajación.

    El comedor vida en la costa se abre a la cocina para el entretenimiento fácil.

    La cocina gourmet abierto permite lo último en entretenimiento y la recolección entre amigos y familiares. Disfrutar de una copa de vino o una deliciosa comida que utiliza una cocina completamente equipada con electrodomésticos actualizados: lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador, máquina de hielo, microondas, horno de gas, fuegos, y todos los elementos esenciales que pueda necesitar.

    Se hunden en habitaciones con camas en expansión, ropa de cama de lujo, colchones y ultra-felpa. Las áreas de dormir incluyen una principal con una cama king-size, una segunda habitación con una cama de matrimonio y una tercera con una cama de matrimonio.

    El principal cuenta con un 32 "de pantalla plana, ropa de cama de felpa, y en el baño de una bañera con patas, ducha independiente, así como de ella y su vanidad y sumideros.

    El cuarto dormitorio, perfecto para los niños o adolescentes, está en el segundo nivel con dos camas de matrimonio, un sofá cama doble, sala de estar cómoda y baño completo.

    El uso del carrito de golf y bicicletas está disponible con reserva. (Se aplican algunas restricciones).

    Al salir de su refugio de la acuarela y se encuentra justo enfrente de 30A, a sólo unos minutos a pie hasta el Golfo de México, la acuarela de la playa Club y aclamado mundialmente conocida, así como la bulliciosa ciudad de Mar! Quítese los zapatos y se hunden los pies en el polvo, arena blanca mientras disfruta de las magníficas aguas color esmeralda.

    La acuarela es un exclusivo complejo ubicado en las prístinas playas del Golfo de México. La comunidad complejo es perfecto para adultos y niños por igual. El acceso al Club de Playa Acuarela está incluido en su reserva.

    Acuarela ofrece un club de playa que ofrece aclamado toalla / servicio junto a la piscina, completo de restaurante / bar, configuraciones de silla de playa por un cargo extra por día / semana y un montón de actividades para toda la familia! Hermosa vegetación mediterránea Gran crece a lo largo de la acuarela, que ofrece un toque exótico a sus vacaciones. En bicicleta por senderos naturales, lagos, parques, ya lo largo de 30A a las comunidades vecinas, llenas de vida.

The perfect home away from home

The house was so incredibly beautiful and perfect for our two families. It was cozy and relaxing. It included everything we needed for daily cooking. The location was perfect for us bc of the quick walk to the club and easy access to the main road. We will definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed!

We needed a centralized place where our daughters could have freedom to explore on bikes and we moms could swing on the porch ant talk for hours. Close to everything and felt like a home away from home.

The perfect vacation home

Hands down one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, easy access to the cutest shops and the beach. Very safe, Nice, quiet, family neighborhood. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. No expense spared on this home. The setup was perfect for our family and friends. we enjoyed our week here so much! We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Great house located extremely close to watercolor club and beach! Only about a 5-7 minute walk. Only issue was small kitchen (all adults so it was a bit of a cram) and lack of cleaning supplies/cooking supplies. Other than that it was great! Loved the loft upstairs if you have kids.

Beautiful Home - Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was so cute and charming. A short, 3 minute walk to Watercolor Resort was really convenient. We used the bikes that came with the home and rented a couple extra. We also rented a golf cart during our stay which made getting around Watercolor and Seaside a breeze. We rented kayaks and efoils at Western Lake and played tennis at the tennis center. All in all an amazing trip. This home was right in the middle of it all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An immaculately decorated home in the perfect location on a quiet and quaint street right in the heart of Watercolor. This was by far our favorite home that we have stayed in on 30a. The upstairs is perfect for kids and my 8 year old daughter couldn’t wait to get back up there every night to sleep. The home has such an open and inviting feel but also very cozy. The mattresses are awesome and you can’t beat the location. Easy walk to Watercolor beach club as well as Seaside. Enjoyed every second of this wonderful trip!

Almost 5 stars

The property was nice, spacious and elegantly decorated. We arrived and had everything as expected until the second evening. We were awoken to water flooding into the master bedroom bed. The water pan in the AC was over the master and was flooding on to the first floor master suite. Luckily we were able to get a pot and catch the water so the bed was not ruined. The management company did respond immediately and sent a plumber to fix the issue. Needless to say we didn’t get back to sleep until 3 am. The next issue was that there were 4 complimentary bikes for our use that were not properly maintained and we had to rent bikes. Manager was notified issue not resolved. We were given a gift card for the inconvenience of the AC issue which was appreciated. However, if I were the owner of the property, I would have easily given a complimentary one night stay and provided a voucher for bikes.

Our party of 8 felt like honored guests in this lovely and comfortable space. The amenities of the Watercolor neighborhood were all icing on the cake: Beach Club! Lake Club! Bikes provided! Walking distance to lots of fun at Seaside! We had a tremendous time and sincerely appreciate the care with which this home is treated.

Memorial Day Vacay

Great location and super clean property. It was surprisingly quiet. The front bedroom was a little warm (could use a small fan?). Otherwise a fabulous place and we would stay again!! Thank you!!

Lots of storage room for clothes and suitcases. Front porch is great for relaxing or morning/evening reading and conversation. The cleaning crew does a FANTASTIC job. It was spotless. Rental management company has excellent communication and response time—best we’ve ever dealt with. The upstairs can get a bit warm so be sure to use the ceiling fan and any other fans. Would definitely book again.
