This is a nice property with a good location. It is near the beach and Seaside/Watercolor. Property management and maintenance technicians were very professional and responsive. There are a few items that should be addressed in this home especially at this price point. There are water temperature control issues and condensation issues in a few bathrooms. The grill could be cleaned and better outdoor cooking utensils provided. Otherwise, it is very nice and as advertised. The floor plan is perfect for family gatherings.

A wonderful stay for my sister’s bachelorette

This property couldn’t have been more perfect for my sister’s bachelorette party. An amazing location that is extremely walkable to town and beach, a home that is clean and comfortable, a very communicative rental company - just a wonderful experience all around. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Way better than expected

The photos are great and the listing is accurate; however, the property is WAY better than you think. It was a total of 3 families and 2 dogs. Tons of space for everyone to space out. Multiple entertainment areas. Access to the beach was literally across the street. The heated pool was clutch... and the sunsets?!?! Gorgeous! The location of the home was awesome as well. Walking distance to seaside and a short drive anywhere else. We absolutely would return to this property. Exclusive 30A were also VERY easy to communicate with. Overall, we had an amazing 30A experience.

Perfect Accomodations for Seaside Beach

My family enjoyed this property very much and loved proximity to downtown, a block from the beach, parking and golf cart access made it easy to get around. The house was incredibly clean and great amenities that you would find in any resort.

Perfect.

This beautiful home was a perfect setting for our large group of family members. The easily walkable distance to the ocean and shops, as well as the nice refreshing pool and sunset views from the rooftop made this the nicest house we have stayed at in the area. We would love to rent this home again in the future.

Family vacation

The house is the nicest one I've stayed in in the 35 years I've come to the beach. Any problems were quickly taken care of. With three living areas if someone wanted to get away for some quiet time it was easy. Fire pit on fourth floor outside balcony was used every night. Pool heated for no extra charge.

Family Fun

House was incredible with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, three inside gathering places (one with a pool table), a large 4th floor deck with great views, and the swimming pool area. Our family consisting of grandparents, 4 sets of parents, and 9 grandchildren ranging from 2 months to 21 years enjoyed all the nice features. We cooked all our meals, with two grandkids helping adults to prepare the dinners. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes etc. We brought two beach cabanas and spent a lot of time at the beach every day. We were pleased that previous guests left a lot of beach chairs and boogie boards. Played golf once. Unfortunately, the heat index was well over 100 every day. With cooler weather we would have enjoyed nearby Seaside, Water Color and Grayton State Beach much more.

New building with a few ruff spots

Besides lack of posting some amenities that were actually there-a nice surprise-it definitely needs towel racks in the bathrooms so that towels will dry out. We had a very hard rain from the west which caused gushing water coming in the first floor bedroom window and a door on the third floor leaving floors soggy.
