Great house, convenient to lots of amenities.

House is beautiful, spacious, up to date, close to lots of restaurants and in the middle of Watercolor/Seaside/Alys/Rosemary. No directions to public beach and no directions for using television. Otherwise, awesome!!!!

Do not stay here!

The online description and photos is not at all accurate of this home. These photos provided are clearly when the home was first completed because the state of the home now looks as though it has not been maintained at all. There were holes in the walls, photos hanging lopsided in one of the bedrooms, the bunk bed looked like at one point it might have been broken? the couch is not the same couch (the one here now is a velvet couch covered in crusted over stains), the out door situation was the most disappointing though. We booked this home for the outdoor space as there was advertised a bbq grill and fire pit. Both of which we found out were not included once we got there. We contacted the property management company and they told us the bbq grill is not working and that the fire pit is not for guest use (it’s a propane fueled fire pit). We asked why then they were included in the photos & amenities list, they told us that we needed to take it up with VRBO because according to the listing they have on their personal website, the bbq grill is not listed. We didn’t realize we needed to find their personal site and cross check what was included… they were very short with us and offered no resolution. We came from Wyoming and had brought our own meat to grill but could not use the grill. The bikes were falling apart, my dad got one and a bolt immediately fell off. There is black mold on the outdoor porch ceiling. We could’ve gotten over the grill and fire pit although it suck

Lovely Home

This home is immaculate with super comfy couches and an outdoor seating area which my friends and I used frequently. I will definitely look to stay here again!
