Want to enjoy a private neighborhood sparkling beach on the less crowded west end of scenic 30A adjacent to the pristine Topsail State Park!! Say no, more! This dramatic 4 story over 3000 sq ft beauty has wrap around balconies on two floors with gulf and dune lake views! Nestled in a private residential street, the front entrance puts you in the vacation mode right away with a serene koi pond and water feature! The back yard oasis is very large and private. It is fully fenced and has a great entertaining space by the heated pool/spa. We offer a convenient outdoor shower, deck lounge chairs, large eating space, a gas grill, an outdoor large screen television and a bose blue tooth speaker. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3 bathrooms & 2 half baths (with one by the pool). It also has a large open concept stocked kitchen. Dining and comfortable living room area with glass doors that open onto a spacious wrap around porch. The beach is a short 12 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride (we provide 6 adult bikes). You can also walk to the new
barbecue restaurant that is a block away! Want more activity - bike on the 18 mile trail along the gulf, in the Topsail Park and Preserve, and along the dune lakes, or play the many golf courses nearby! Just want solitude -watch the waves or sunset from the balconies! Want more - the outlet mall, restaurants and local shops are minutes away! We are on the quiet end of 30A with private access to that perfect white beach and clear gulf, yet action and all you may need is nearby! You can make it yours!

What a slice of heaven! Not only is the home itself beautiful, Pat is such a wonderful and responsive host. She graciously helped us adjust our reservation due to Winter Storm Fern, provided restaurant recommendations, and quickly helped us troubleshoot some WiFi issues on the first day. Downtown Santa Rosa Beach is cute as a button, and the private beach gives you access to the fine grained white sand and cerulean blue waves of your dreams. The spa was a welcome respite from the cool weather, and our dogs adored the large, fully fenced yard. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of five adults and two infants. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Having a pool and spa was much appreciated because we couldn’t be at the beach all the time with little kids. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved feeding a fish in the pond. Location is great, close to everything but quiet at the same time. We hope to come back sometime soon!

Beach trip with wife and dogs

My wife our two dogs spent a week in the "emerald coast" in early May 2025. We were looking for a relaxing place with access to all the things in 30a. This property was perfect. From the spacious floor plan, to amazing fenced yard with pool & hot tub it was perfect. The host, Pat, was amazing. Continued to check in on our arrival day, and throughout our stay. The location of the property is great, and it's super close to beach access. We loved it so much, we already booked it again for May 2026.

We loved the house. It was nice, and clean and in a very convenient location. Only thing I’d say may need an update would be the upstairs master bed, you could tell it was old and worn and not the most comfortable so me and my wife kind of struggled with rest some nights. Other than that the house was amazing! We traveled with our three young kids and another couple and everyone absolutely loved it!

Great Family Reunion Home

We stayed with our family of 10 and were very comfortable! It was beautifully decorated and gVe us plenty of room. Be aware that you will get lots of steps in because it is 4 floors! The pool area was our favorite area and the grandkids hardly left the pool. We loved grilling and socializing around the pool as well. The nearby beach was stunning and N easy 15 minute walk. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very gracious

Beautiful house, accommodating hosts

This house is stunning and fully stocked - we were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the kitchen was. Our family of six (and 2 dogs) spent Christmas here and had a lovely stay.Pat and Jon are wonderful hosts - very responsive with any issues. All of the bikes had flat tires and we couldn’t get them full with the band pump; Jon came over with a heavy duty pump and got them all in riding shape. They also responded quickly with any questions. Only two things keep this from a 10/10 review. First, we had issues with the spa and pool. It was chilly that week and we didn’t expect to be able to really swim but we really enjoyed the spa - when it worked, it worked great. Unfortunately, it didn’t work all the time - a few times we turned it on to heat up and returned later ready to relax only to find it hadn’t heated. Jon quickly came out to resolve the issue but it happened again later in the week. Second, we thought the beach and park were much closer - one review say the park was “1 minute away” but understand that is driving, not walking. The park border is 100 yards from the house but the entrance is 1.2 miles away. The beach is about .5 miles. Both are definitely walkable but along a fairly busy road.

We loved our stay at Gulf Pearl! Home was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked for guests. Views of the lake and the Gulf of Mexico were out the back door. We saw bald eagles nesting in the trees while we enjoyed the hot tub, they would dip down in the lake and catch a fish and bring it up in the tree to enjoy. The hosts are very quick to respond to communications. We definitely recommend!!

Great quiet family get away

This property was so cute and just what our family needed to close out a very busy year! The bedrooms and living spaces were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was great for our family who wanted to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and watch the NFL and college bowl games . The owners were very accommodating and very quick to respond to answer questions and gave us some great recommendations for local dining spots.
