Picture yourself sitting on the balcony of this 2nd-floor condo, enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The horizon view is beautiful, words cannot describe it. Inside, BeachCrest 205 is just as beautiful, with updated finishes and furnishings in soft neutrals and coastal blues. Plus, with private beach access, you’re just steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters.

This beach treat is the perfect choice for a small family or group. You can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The location is right on the beach and includes free seasonal beach setup. Take a drip in the Gulf-front pool on days you don't feel like dealing with sand. Hop on the bike trail right in front of the building to go shopping or grab an amazing bite to eat.

The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked and makes preparing a snack or dinner a breeze. There's room for 6 at the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen counter. There's even a wet bar with beverage chiller right off the living area.

Enjoy movie night on the large TV in the living area (there's plenty of comfy seating!) and each bedroom is also outfitted with a TV and DVD player. Your entertainment options are covered!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Perfect location

This location was amazing. Condo was clean, spacious and everything we could ask for. Having the beach access with chairs and umbrella, was so easy. We had a few issues getting in, due to a battery issue on the pad, but management was able to help immediately and got the battery changed very quickly. After that, we didn’t have any further issues. I will say, there are 35 steps from pool down to beach. I wasn’t expecting such a steep incline to beach, so that would be my only concern if renters aren’t able to do stairs.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Perfect!

The condo looks as beautiful as it does in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable, and the view is amazing. Will stay here again.

Bryan's Visit

Property was beautifully decorated and perfect for the three of us. The view was amazing to wake up to each morning. My only feedback would be: Beach towels should be provided. We flew in and didn't have the space to bring towels. This is the first beach rental that didn't come with them. The extra blankets, or lack there of was a bit surprising. Also there was a n issue with the sink in the primary bedroom clogging daily. We just delt with it and one of us used the other bathroom. The office staff was very friendly and helpful! Overall a good stay and we would definitely be coming back!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas holiday at this beautiful condominium. The heated pool was a nice surprise because we were able to swim on Christmas Day. The condominium was stocked with everything we needed and the master bed was extremely comfortable.

On the beach

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront condo. The decorations are fun, the furniture is comfortable and there are movie DVDs that play. Access to bike rentals is convenient and complementary chairs and umbrella on the beach each day. Lastly, the view is beautiful from the second floor, just over the doons. Come enjoy.

It was just, okay.

The unit was fairly dirty. The master shower floor is stained with black build up because it clearly isn’t ever cleaned properly. The wine glasses were hanging up and were dirty with red wine all over them. The rugs in the rooms desperately need cleaned. The second bathroom toilet seat is broken as well as the twin bed. Lastly, they fail to mention beach chairs are 1st come 1st serve. When I inquired they said they are available at 9am each morning. Untrue, chairs are laid out much earlier so be sure to get there early and grab a good spot. Overall I’m less than impressed, I’ve stayed at much better properties at the same price point. Luckily all that aside, we made memories as a family and enjoyed our time!

Great place

The condo was excellent with every amenity we could have wanted. The property was great with a heated pool which is bigger that it appears in the pictures. Staff onsite were very helpful. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Beach service was a nice perk. Lots of food and convenience stores walkable. Loved it.

Beachfront Condo

I booked the wrong week for our usual place and had to find a new one last minute. I didn't usually like to stay in a high rise but this was fine and the beach wasn't too crowded. My kids enjoyed the heated pool as well. No complaints.

very nice condo , great location

condo was very nice and Beachcrest is in a great location. Just note, this 2nd floor condo does not actually look directly at the beach. only because of the vegetation . Otherwise, very nice!!!

Friendly community directly on the beach!

This was a perfect place for my parents to stay while we were in Seagrove for a week. We rented a house with a pool a few blocks away so we enjoyed being with them in the condo for ocean and sunset views and splitting our time between the two. Very friendly community, property management was responsive and helpful, the Internet needed attention while we were there and it was handled quickly. Very clean nice unit, my parents enjoyed hanging out on the pool deck and the platform at the beach access! We will be back!

Great stay for a girl’s weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The kitchen was well-stocked with any dishes and utensils that we needed. The location was great within an easy drive to Seaside, and the beach was right outside our door. The only thing I would warn about are the beds. They were so hard that my friends and I could not get comfortable for the three nights we were there. Aside from that the property was great.

Great place to stay!

Exactly as described. Just one advice for parents regarding 30A road, if you are renting bikes make sure your kids wear helmets and be Careful with cars. We had a horrible experience with one of our girls.

Nice stay in 30a

Had a great stay. Unit is just as nice as in the pics. Comfortable bedding and seating. Nicely equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful office staff. Would recommend for families.

Good unit.....Bad kitchen

Loved everything about the unit except the kitchen. All four burners on the stove top were tilted...basically you cannot use the stove top. Poor selection of skillets and the toaster did not work. Owners could fix these problems easily and inexpensive.
