Nice tiny home

Property was nice and clean. It’s a tiny house which was fine, we were biking, at the beach, or outside most of the day. The bed was firm and comfortable. We would stay again. Good communication with the property manager. Good location for beach access and biking. Thanks for letting us stay.

Awesome vacation place!

This place is perfect for 2 people to get away for the week or weekend. It has everything you need and close to the beach, restaurants and shops but quiet enough for romantic evenings.

Lovely home away from home

Quaint cottage for two! Private surroundings, easy access to beach, tastefully decorated. Furnishings and cottage were very clean on arrival and just as described. Cottage contact thoughtfully called mid visit to see if we needed anything. European appliances were easy to use. Terrific restaurants close by! Loved our stay on 30 A.

Perfect

This is the perfect getaway location. Even though you are a block away from the madness of 30A it feels like you are miles out on your own. It is the ideal size for 2 people. Loved Grayton Beach park. Only suggestion would be to have a couple of beach towels and chairs provided. Home was very clean and well decorated. Thank you for a great escape!

Seaside Half Marathon Weekend

The property was perfect. I was only able to stay for 3 days but would have enjoyed a full week. The outside living space was fantastic and the fire pit is a very nice feature. I have stayed in multiple houses in Seaside, Watercolor, and Seagrove and will stay in this house again.

Tiny House, Big Fun

This place was perfect for my fiancé and I. It had everything we needed and it’s proximity to the beach and dining options was perfect! I would recommend this to any friends looking for a romantic getaway.

Great spot!

Cozy spot with a great location! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed when we chose to cook, but this place is very convenient to restaurants in Seagrove and Seaside as well. Really enjoyed the firepit!

Simple and Elegant.

First kudos to LaRonda for being a great communicator. The property is quite nice and within walking distance to the beach. Inside and outside is well decorated, very nice touches inside the house, even though the property looks a little small from the outside, there is plenty of room for two people. Very clean, everything is almost brand new and efficient. Rent a bicycle and there is no need to drive. Local shops, restaurants, beach all few minutes away. Neighborhood is quaint and quite. Exactly what I had hoped for. My wife and I had a very relaxing time. Highly recommend this property.

Great Little House

"little house" lots of comfort

We enjoyed our stay at the "little house". Great location, easy walk to the beach, very private, and quiet. The house was very modern and lots of amenities. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the combo washer and dryer. So much to see.

Birthday trip!!

This is a must for short getaway for 2 people!! It is so so cute and such a short bike ride to the beach access. We even had a fire in the fire pit a couple of nights! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Seagrove Stay!!!!

We loved this little cottage in Seagrove! It is very close to the beach - it took us less than two minutes to ride our bikes to the boardwalk. This is the perfect place for a couple wanting to have a beach getaway. Very clean! The property manager even called to make sure our stay was going well. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect weekend with the most outstanding property manager!

Perfect spot for a relaxing date weekend! Spotless, everything you could need in one place, and the kindest property manager I’ve experienced! She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of!
