The layout of Palazzo 30A is thoughtfully designed across three levels. On the bottom floor, you’ll find a king bedroom and a comfortable living space with a couch. The middle level features two inviting bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with a king bed. The third floor is home to two queen beds and a luxurious master suite. The master suite is a retreat of its own, offering a king-size bed, a bunk room, and a loft with two single beds, perfect for families or larger groups.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
