• Kitchen: Fully equipped with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, induction stovetop, and a convection/microwave oven. Drip and Keurig coffee makers. Opens to dining and living areas.

• Dining Area: A dining table that seats 6, ideal for family meals or game nights.

* Primary Bedroom: King bed with an impressive ensuite bath featuring double vanities and an oversized shower with his/her shower heads.

* Guest Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bath (separate entry from hall) including a bathtub and shower. A twin XL bed at the window adds another comfortable sleeping space.

• $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.

• Wristbands: Required for pool and Beach Club access. Provided upon arrival after completing Watercolor check-in.

• Watercolor Compliance: The community enforces parking and noise with 24/7 security. All guests must register with Hose and Watercolor and abide by community rules.

• Golf Carts and LSV: Our building does not have an accessible charging location. All golf carts must be rented through the community`s authorized vendor, quantities are limited.

• Parking: 2 reserved spots. Strictly enforced parking ordinances. Please read the parking guidelines provided.

• 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.

• No parties or events. No smoking. No Pets.

• Accessibility: Elevator and stair access.

• Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording) and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). The home follows PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols.

• Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background check.
