  • Casa Francisca is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath, with a 4-bed bunkroom, 2-story modern house conveniently located in the heart of Old Seagrove Beach and the middle of 30A. Just over 2 miles long, this free-spirited community is a balanced mix of old and new Florida and its laid-back style makes Seagrove Beach truly one of a kind. Casa Francisca is just a no-hassle short walk to the beach, approximately 1/3 of a mile, and enjoys 5 different dedicated neighborhood beach access points (more than any other beach along 30A) to more than one mile of open, deeded beach for your enjoyment. Close to nature trails, entertainment hubs, groceries, restaurants, boutique shops, and dune lakes, yet secluded, private, tranquil, and serene where you'll enjoy peace and relaxation. The open layout centered around the courtyard and pool is perfectly suited for families looking to reconnect and enjoy the afternoon breeze. Tastefully appointed rooms, with king-size beds in all of them, 2 on the main floor open to the pool, the third one on the second floor open to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. There is a large, fully stocked kitchen with every gadget you can think of and an outdoor grill. Beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and 4 bikes will be provided.
    The wonders of Seagrove Beach and the comfort and convenience of Casa Francisca await your enjoyment. We look forward to having you as our guests.

What a perfect house with three distinct bedrooms and a fourth perfect for children. Close enough to the beach, but not so close as to be near all of the traffic. The nine of us loved every aspect of it.

This was the best rental home I’ve ever been to. Such a beautiful property, convenient location, and comfortable furnishings that made it feel like home for the week. The host was kind and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked (loved the sonic ice machine!), and the outdoor area and pool were gorgeous. We hope to be back!!

Simply Divine! What a wonderful and beautiful home. The property and location was sublime, plenty of sun through the day, the cleanliness was second to none, everything is provided to give you a high standard stay, providing a low maintenance, relaxing vacation for all! We can’t wait to return! and the hosts, their team couldn’t do enough to provide a first class experience!

If you have found an available date to stay in this beautiful home - DO NOT SLEEP ON IT! The location is perfect to go to the beach. The bedding is so great I didn’t miss my bed at home. This almost never happens when I travel. The host has all the essentials provided. Have also stayed in homes maintained by property management and the level of details and communication is not the same. With 100% confidence I can say you will be grateful you chose to stay here.

Beach Trip for two families

We had a wonderful stay at this property last week. The host is wonderful with communication and answers all questions promptly and is quick to help solve any issues. We would highly recommend this property!

House was a relaxing oasis about a mile from Seaside. Fantastic location. Short walk to the beach. Loved the decor- clean and serene. Will definitely be back again!

Beautiful home

By far, one of the best properties we have rented on 30A. The property was well appointed and had everything we needed. Convenient access to multiple beach access points and loved the private pool for afternoon swims. I will definitely book again.

Great find!

This place is as beautiful as the photos! They also had fresh flowers and a great bottle of wine out upon arrival. Communication was easy and we always got responses within a few minutes. Def would stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

Our stay at Casa Francisca was better than we expected! The home is beautiful and the pool was a kid favorite! The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Close proximity to seaside and close to the beach are major pluses. I HIGHLY recommend this home.

Perfect vacation home for our trip!

Visit 30A almost every year…this year to celebrate a graduation and to welcome in the new year. Beautiful comfortable home. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and really loved the heated pool. Easy walk to the beach for morning and evening walks. Actually, we loved everything about it!

We had such a fantastic time! The beach access was easy and renting chairs there was great. The beach was never crowded for us. The house was fantastic. Had more than we needed for kitchen supplies, towels waiting for us when we arrived which was so nice. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed having a private pool to come back to after being at the beach. The beds were so comfortable and the house had plenty of space for us to spread out. The communication was as fantastic and always a quick response. We will definitely be back here!!

30A Family Beach Trip 2024!

The house and pool were both SPECTACULAR!! We loved the private location along with the convenience of the beach! We especially enjoyed the bicycles and we rode together for miles all over Seaside, Seagrove, Watercolors, Santa Rosa and all sections of 30A! What a wonderful family vacation! Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay in this home so much. The design and decor are beautiful. The floor plan provides for privacy for each of the three en suite bedrooms. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with appliances, serving bowls & platters, glassware, etc. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again in the future.
