• The perfect central 30A location—bike to Seaside and WaterColor for the fun, then retreat to the calm.
• Resort-style amenities, without the crowds—two pools (one seasonally heated), a splash pool, pickleball courts, a playground, a fire pit, community grills, and more.
• Unbeatable beach access—a dedicated pathway leads to San Juan Beach, in an area of 30A known for the most public beach access. With 12 nearby access points, including San Juan (10 parking spots) and Santa Clara (60 total spots, plus bathrooms), beach access is always within reach. Parking is available but not guaranteed, so plan accordingly during peak times.

This house and neighborhood were perfect for our family vacation. The space was perfect! It was great to have a full kitchen to prepare meals, and we loved the front porch and balcony for morning coffee and a book, or evening pictures. The living space was cozy, and the beds were so comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, and has plenty of amenities to keep you busy. We rented a golf cart, which was perfect for getting to the beach, or to the surrounding beach towns for shopping and eating. Our hosts were incredible! They have created a beautiful home with attention to every detail. They were easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. The welcome gift was a sweet touch. We made memories to last a lifetime, and would love to come back and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, comfortable home. We felt right at home. The neighborhood is also beautiful, cozy, and welcoming. The owners were great! We enjoyed using the bikes to ride through the adjacent park trails and down to Seaside for dinner. We had no problems at all! We would definitely come back the next time we stay at 30A!

Best Stay on 30A

We’ve been vacationing on 30A for years and Seagrove Haven is our best stay yet! Can’t wait to book again. The home is beautiful and comes equipped for all your vacay needs! Host were easy to communicate with and very kind. Access to beach was super easy, being so close to Publix was helpfuland the community pool was a nice break from the beach.

Top notch!

This property is wonderfully clean, cozy, and well equipped for every bit of beachside fun! Games, books, beach gear, bikes, beach towels, and a well appointed kitchen complete with an InstaPot. This is our second stay in NatureWalk and we love the quiet of the neighborhood with easy proximity to the beach and all of the stores and restaurants. Loved the Welcome Guide provided by the host along with the host responsiveness to my questions. We will be back!

Best Family Vacation

My husband, twin boys aged 7, and my parents all stayed at this house for a week and it was absolutely perfect. Lots of space, super clean, beds were all very comfortable and just beautiful house all together. The house is in a great location. The neighborhood is beautiful and is just a short golf cart ride to the main 30A strip. It is also super close to Publix which was great. The neighborhood pool area is very nice as well and a nice break after the beach. We had the best time and will definitely be coming back!

Home away from Home

We absolutely loved our stay at “Live like a Local”. It was so wonderful being able to talk to the owner directly verses communicating through a property management company. Noelle was great about communicating all the details we needed to know about the house prior to our trip and making herself available to us with any questions or help we needed. It made it such a smooth, more personable experience! The house was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. We loved the comfy beds and swing on the front porch. My kids enjoyed using the boogie boards and sand toys. The house had everything we needed to make it a comfy home away from home. We loved the thoughtful welcome gift on the table for us upon arrival. The 30A coloring book was so neat! We appreciated having paper towels and toilet paper on hand when we arrived as well. The 2 parking spots in the driveway worked great to park our car and golf cart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We’d love to stay again in the future.

Blissful Week!

We had an amazing Spring Break here with our 3 young children. This was our second time staying in this neighborhood but our first in Noelle’s home. Noelle was an amazing hostess - she communicated thoroughly and was so accommodating and patient with my questions. Clearly a lot of thought has been put into making this home a respite for guests. Check in was seamless. To say this house is spotless is an understatement! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen - I was so tickled to find an instant pot! Dishes were super abundant and I loved that there was dish detergent, cleaner, and even laundry pods available for our use for the week. Beds were super comfortable and everyone slept amazing all week. Our one-year-old slept great in the walk-in closet in his pack n play (we brought ours but I love that they had one available there). One of the best surprises was the use of beach toys, chairs, and the umbrella! We intended to get beach set up all week, but it was so easy to bring chairs down on the golf cart (we rented with Noelle’s rec) that we opted to use what was available. The neighborhood is precious - quiet and calm and just close enough to the beach that it isn’t a burden. I could go on and on but I’ll just say that this was the best rental we’ve been in and we are no strangers to VRBO. Thanks Noelle for such a wonderful week - we can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Stay

This was a great rental for us. We've stayed in this neighborhood before and loved it, and this house did not disappoint. The property manager/owner was nice and responsive which was helpful when planning the trip. The house had enough starter supplies to keep us going for most of the trip (toilet tissue, paper towels, etc.) Overall a great time!

Amazing stay!

I have rented many properties throughout FL and this one ranks at the very top. Everything about this house is absolutely lovely. The house was spotless and extremely well-maintained. The layout is beautiful. Beds extremely comfortable. We loved the loft sitting area (especially for the teens!) and the upper deck for coffee in the mornings. The nature trail was great for morning walks and easy access to the beach (approx 1 mile via the trail) by bike or walking. Pool area was incredible and my boys really enjoyed the pickleball courts. The owners were wonderful and communication was always prompt. Renting through the actual owners versus a management company makes a huge difference and this experience couldn't have been better. We will surely be back!

Great time at Nature Walk

In spite of stormy weather, and red flag beaches, we had a great time. The house and area were amazing. Loved the pool, biking, and the whole area. The house was well stocked, very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

The best week of the year!

This is our second time drying at this house, and we loved it just as much as the first! The property was impeccably clean, and perfect location to all the activities and pool. We loved bike riding in the evenings when it cooled down. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were super responsive and helped with anything we needed in an extremely timely manner. The house fit our needs perfectly, and our kids can’t wait to come back again next year!

Amazing!

We had the best time!! The house is beautiful, the community is charming, the bikes were a lot of fun and the pools were incredible - our boys were obsessed! And even though we were there for spring break, it wasn’t super crowded which was really nice. Nicole was so quick to respond to all of our questions, which was super reassuring and helpful! Highly recommend!

Best Week Ever!

This property was stunning! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, and was so spacious for our family of six. We loved the special touches, like the gift on the counter when we arrived, the pumpkins and decoration on the front porch for Thanksgiving, and even the way the towels we folded on the beds at check-in. The four bikes were fun to ride every morning throughout the neighborhood and around the area. We loved the pool area, and the subdivision was a perfect mix of pines and palms. The location to the grocery store, restaurants, and Seaside and Watercolor was perfect. We had the best week in your home!

A gem in Seagrove!

The house is beautiful and it has everything we needed ! Everything was impeccable and clean. The beds are super comfy and the house has a beautiful porche swing. The bikes provided were definitely a plus!!!! We enjoyed biking to the beach every day. The home owners are kind and accommodating and were always available when needed. The neighbor is quiet and family friendly and close to everything in Seagrove. We had a fantastic 10 days vacation at this property and will highly recommend it!!

Lovely home and great communication

This home is as-advertised! It was perfect for us and our grown daughter and son-in-law. It was just big enough for all of us to be able to spread out without our feeling like we were wasting space (by having a bigger home). I do wish the golf cart was included. Renting one is not cheap. Noelle and Donna do a wonderful job hosting this home. Don't hesitate to book it!
