Completely renovated with brand new furnishings and finishes, this coastal chic 2BR/2BA Summit condo is located on the East Wing of the Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This is truly a dream vacation condo! With beach views from the living room and master bedroom, you will enjoy a quiet location just a short 200 yard stroll to the sugar white Tops'l beach!

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers a world-class tennis facility along with the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! There are upscale restaurants and a beachside grill located on the property. Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool at the Summit, the lower beachside swimming pool, access to the beach and complimentary WIFI. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

Our beach condo is stylishly designed in warm coastal colors with comfort in mind. The family room offers plenty of cushy seating, and a 55" flat panel HDTV. The balcony offers seating and a lovely view of the Tops'l beach and the adjoining natural state park. The dining area seats six guests with additional breakfast bar seating for two. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, beautiful granite countertops, all the cookware and dishes you will need to prepare meals the family. There is an outdoor BBQ area available at the swimming pool.

Our master suite is tastefully appointed with a king size bed and fresh linens, also offers generous closet space and a flat panel HDTV. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. With two double beds, a television, and a full bathroom, the guest bedroom accommodations are spacious and comfortable.

Convenient parking for 2 cars is available directly in front of the building, and there are three elevators available. Your check in is simple – just arrive and let yourself in with the door code! This condo is professionally managed, and we are here to make certain your beach vacation is the best! Escape to #802 Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort for a relaxing vacation to remember. Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Great stay!

Perfect condo for a family. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. This is our second year to stay at Tops’l! The pool and hot tub are a family favorite and about a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is also amazing and very clean! They’re pretty strict with the umbrellas. We paid for 3 days of beach service (umbrellas and chairs) and they came and put the umbrellas down about half the time which was frustrating considering we had a baby with us who needed the shade. No complaints other than that. Beach bar has great food and drinks if you don’t want to leave! Enjoyed our stay and will probably be back at the Tops’l next summer!

Quick family getaway

We wanted to plan a quick, family, end of summer getaway. This condo was perfect for the four of us. Short drive to and from the Destin/FW airport. Close to dining and shopping and easy walk to the pool and beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Living room and outdoor furniture need an update. My only complaint is we couldn’t use the tennis or workout facility. They only allow guest who book through Vacasa. We like having workout activities so next time we will rent through them.

Death by a thousand cuts

The living room furniture is in dire need of replacement. The furnace went out. The rugs in the living room and bedrooms are ghastly. Our bed frame broke. The kitchen could have been cleaner. There was not a coffee cup big enough for the largest setting on the Keurig coffee machine. False fire alarms went off in the middle of the night on three occasions. On the positive side, the management was very quick and responsive to addressing several of these issues.

Great condo, but inaccurate description of beach requirements

We had a great stay at the condo itself! We had no issue with the short walk to the beach, but it would have been nice to know the rules of what is allowed on the Tops’l beach. We brought a beach canopy, but was told it was not allowed on that beach even behind the area where chair and umbrella services were (3 rows back). Luckily we brought umbrellas as well otherwise we would have been without shade or forced to purchase the chair/umbrella daily rental. We could have walked about 1/2 mile down past the Tops’l beach area to put up our stuff and risk being told the same thing, but with 2 kids under 5 years old, that was not an option. It would have been nice to know what is not allowed or that there is not an area to really set up other than purchasing the beach rental set up. Other than that, the rental was great!

We have said at Tops’l several times and have always had a great experience. The unit was great and the view was fantastic. I would suggest that housekeeping is asked to check for the cleanliness of the dishes before they are put away. Also, the faucet in the tub of the master bedroom is not functioning correctly. Other than these things, everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay, very nice condo, very clean and we met the friendly cleaning staff as we were leaving. I would stay here again. Quiet and out of the way. Nice pool just out back and you can walk to the beach.

Dirty and in need of general maintenance/upkeep.

The condo is nicely decorated and has a great view, but it is in dire need of a thorough cleaning and general maintenance/upkeep. I normally do not write reviews, but I feel like the owner/property management company need to address cleaning issues in this condo, especially since I am not the first renter to bring cleaning issues to their attention in a review. As soon as we opened the front door, the first thing we could see were dust balls on the floor behind the TV console in the living room. There was trash on the floor under the TV console, trash (including chewed up gum and cereal) on the floor between the couch and end table, trash and cereal on the floor in the second bedroom, the walls were dirty, the baseboards were dirty, the windowsills were dirty, the comforters were dirty and stained, and the curtains were dirty and stained. The outside of the microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher had smear marks all over them. The living room furniture is worn out and stained and the curtain rod in the living room is about to rip out of the wall. While taking showers, both bathtubs filled with water above the ankles and did not drain until long after getting out of the shower. The management company’s response to a previous review about the cleanliness of this condo of “…housekeeping is a task touched by human hands and is subject to items being missed occasionally” is no excuse. Maintenance issues aside, if housekeeping would take the time to thoroughly clean this condo between renters, including vacuuming BETWEEN and UNDER furniture, and wiping down the outside of the microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with Windex and a clean paper towel (which I did myself) as opposed to a dirty rag, these things would NOT get missed. When we walked in at approximately 4:20 p.m., the kitchen floor was still very wet indicating housekeeping had just been there and I have no doubt were in a hurry. For the cleaning fee that is charged to renters, I would expect more from housekeeping. This condo has the potential to be a great rental. I hope the owner/property management company will consider taking this condo out of service for a day or two to thoroughly address the issues raised above.

My family & I absolutely loved staying at The Summit by Tops'l. We had an amazing expierence. Everything that you need for your stay is there. I can go on & on about our stay but will keep it short. We loved it!

There wasn't a free fitness center . On the site, we were told that we would have access to fitness equipment. Then we were turned away at the center. The weather was bad so we literally had nothing to do.

Short stay ok, not Snow Birds

There were only 2 of us, staying in the area for 9 weeks! Great location, view, short walk to beach, close to golf at Sandestin, and restaurants at Grand Blvd. the king bed in master was comfortable. Other furniture not comfortable for a long term stay. Too much “stuff” everywhere, left no room for our stuff. Every table, Buffett, shelf, cabinet full of “decor” Every kitchen cabinet full of more dishes and glasses that anyone would ever need, leaving us with only the counter to but our food. Also, too much furniture - benches and a dresser in the hallway and big rope rugs in all rooms - crazy tripping hazards. Very poor WiFi. Unit needs some TLC - lite maintenance - but starting to add up: missing lite bulbs, loose towel racks, dishwasher not secure. Definitely would stay at Tops’l again, not here unless just a weekend

Great Place to Stay!

We were very happy with our stay at the condo. It was updated, decorated beautifully and had a lovely view of the beach. The beach was a short walk and the kids also enjoyed some time at the pool as well. We also loved the location being close to shopping and restaurants but not as congested as some other areas nearby. Highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great location and Beautiful decor

Stayed at this condo for summer vacation with adult kids. Had plenty of room for everyone. The condo is gorgeous! The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking easy meals. I love the location - the beach is a short walk and isn't as crowded as the complexes further towards Destin. At the same time, there is plenty to do nearby - the Wharf is a quick drive, as is shopping, and Wal-mart for grocercies. Pool closest to this condo is super nice too! Do be sure to bring extra tp, trashbags, etc. - as supplies are pretty slim.

We highly recommend staying here, wonderful condo, walking distance to the beach, ,shuttle to and from the beach if you do not want to walk , access to multiple pools, fun activities at the pool near the beach. Overall amazing experience.

Great stay!

The condo was so nice and the location to the beach and pools was terrific. The check in process was easy and fast and everything in the condo worked perfectly. I did think the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but it was nothing a few Clorox wipes couldn’t take care of. Overall this was a fantastic property. My husband and kids loved it and we want to come back soon!

1st Family Vacation

Awesome experience and location for 4 and 6 year old. Pool was great and the ocean was a short easy walk. The condo was huge and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed pizza and a movie on the couch after a long day at the beach
