As nice, or nicer, than photos. This was our first visit to area and found this to be a great location for all things Watercolor and Seaside. Especially with the golf cart.Code access and parking is in back. And the pool alarm on the back door is tricky- but I think that is a Florida thing.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was conveniently located close to water color park and stores, restaurants, and beach. Extra amenities like golf cart and bikes were perfect. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Alles ist sehr auf die Bedürfnisse von Familien ausgelegt und die Kinder wurden sehr liebevoll miteingebunden (Tiere füttern, …). Super freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin.(Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Straße die nahe am Haus ist und auf der sehr schnell gefahren wird.)

Great stay at Mint Julep
Wow, we loved our stay at this property. Very well appointed, great floorplan, fantastic outdoor area with hot tub and pool, and convenient location near all Watercolor amenities and services. Really appreciate the communication with property management, they were very helpful and responsive in resolving an issue with the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!
We love watercolor and visit several times each summer, but this was our first Christmas there and this home was perfect! The house was spacious with great porches and ample parking for three cars (some houses only have space for one car) a great pool with a jacuzzi we used nightly, and a fabulous six seater golf cart! We hope to visit this property again!

Great Girls Weekend
We had a great stay at the property and loved having access to all of the Watercolor amenities. The hot tub didn’t get hot, just stayed the same temperature as the heated pool, but still enjoyable!
