    Welcome to HappyPlace30A at Beachfront II!

    Set along the quiet shores of Seagrove Beach, this top-floor, 1BR loft condo offers a serene escape just 150 yards from the Gulf’s sugar-white sands and emerald waters. Perfectly situated South of Scenic Hwy 30A, you'll be minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary Beach while enjoying the privacy of a quiet, tucked-away corner of Seagrove.



    Completely renovated in February 2024, step inside to discover a professionally decorated space featuring new vinyl plank flooring, stylish Levelor blinds, and soaring 30-foot ceilings. The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light from the corner unit’s three western-facing windows. Relax on the queen Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa, watch a movie on the 42" LCD TV, or stream your favorite tunes with our Bluetooth stereo. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix are also included for cozy nights in.



    The fully stocked kitchen brings new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or enjoying takeout, this kitchen is ready for any occasion.



    Upstairs, the airy loft overlooks the living space and is furnished with two queen beds, a custom wardrobe, and a 32" flat-screen TV. Enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of waves as you drift off to sleep. Downstairs, the bathroom has been updated with a granite vanity and new fixtures.



    Step outside to your private wrap-around balcony, complete with Adirondack chairs and dining space for four. Take in views of the Gulf and the nearby rare coastal dune lake while enjoying the beautifully landscaped grounds of Beachfront II, which include a fenced pool, picnic areas, charcoal grills, and a Tiki pavilion.



    Your furry friend is welcome with a pet fee - Beachfront II is a dog-friendly community with a dedicated dog walking area!



    Adjacent to the 1,700-acre Deer Lake State Park, you'll have access to a secluded stretch of beach made for wildlife viewing, peaceful walks, and "Old Florida" charm. Escape the crowds and experience true beach bliss, all while being close to 30A’s best shops and restaurants.



    Getting to the Beach

    The beach is just down the street at Walton Dunes Public Beach - an easy walk from your door, with beach chair rentals available seasonally.

Very relaxing week at Happy Place! Highly recommend staying here, it's the top floor unit with a wrap around balcony. You have the best view to the gulf from up here, priceless! Everything was spot on clean, well equipped kitchen, lots of towels in bathroom, no need to bring beach towels or chairs, umbrellas, all provided. Comfy beds upstairs with nice linens. This is our 3rd stay at Beachfront II, but the first one at Happy Place, we will return. The property has the wonderful advantage compared to others in the area that there's a great heated pool and hot tub along with shaded patio area. Very dog friendly too!

Amazing stay!

Perfect location and amazing view! We loved staying here and would again. Only a minute walk to the beach and close to one of our fav restaurants (old Florida fish house). Communication with owners was great!

Beautiful property and location!

We completely enjoyed our stay! Great location and a very short walk to beach. Owners were amazing with communication and rental was super clean and provided lots of extras such as umbrella and chairs and beach toys for kids. We cannot wait to revisit again!

Amazing place

What a great condo with an amazing view. We stayed here with our dog and had a wonderful stay. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. The condo was perfect for us and we can’t wait to come back.

Great for our small family

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. We are drawn to the cozy feel of the condo and the proximity to the beach. The updated pool is so nice. The condo is so clean and really has all you need for a nice getaway. We will be returning in the future for sure!

Amazing!

The condo was amazing! This was our first time to stay here but definitely not our last! The condo was beautiful and so clean and has a great view! Charles went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

Great Condo
