Are you looking for a vacation getaway with a beach view? If so, this vacation condo is the sanctuary you’ve been looking for. The “Emerald Turtle II,” located just off scenic highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, has everything you need to get cozy and catch some rays.

Whether you’re looking for a quick trip away or a summer home away from home, this 4th floor 30A vacation condo mixes classy vibes with comfy digs. This top floor penthouse condo offers 10-foot ceilings and sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath and small sitting area with access to a spacious balcony. The guest suite is equipped with a queen bed and en suite bath. This thoughtful vacation home also has a separate bunk room with twin beds to sleep an additional two guests.

Speaking of guests, you’ll enjoy entertaining in the open concept living area. Not only can you cook and socialize in style in this high end kitchen, but you can all see the beauty of the Gulf Coast and lake right from your balcony. Equipped with seating and a table, this oversized outdoor space is the perfect spot to have a cup of coffee as you take in the sunrise or a glass of wine to enjoy the breathtaking gulf sunsets. There’s no better place for catching up with loved ones or finally picking up that book you’ve been wanting to read.

When you’re ready to kick off your vacation, head down to the pool or hot tub. You’ll have everything you need from seating to sun, but the true beginning to a 30A vacation starts when you dig your toes into the sugar white sand of Santa Rosa Beach. Use your private walkway to get to the emerald waters directly from your condo. Beach Chair service is provided. This includes two beach chairs and one umbrella readily available for you! Beach chair service is only available March through October.

We’ve stayed all up and down 30A over the years. This unit is probably the cleanest and nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It also has a lot of space with the kids bunk room and extra queen bedroom. When I say clean I mean spotless, not even scratches on walls or anything. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated as well as all the different fixtures, tvs, patio furniture, appliances, etc. They even had a good stash of chairs and kids toys. I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful 30-A Condo

San Remo was wonderful in nearly every way. The condo is beautifully appointed and furnished with everything we needed and more! The owners certainly did not skimp on quality...Everything was first class. The pool is lovely and beach access superb. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella at water's edge. It didn't hurt that the weather was superb. every. single. day. :-) The location is outstanding. The added security of a gated property is important to our friend group. I've been coming to the Panhandle for 30+ years, and this is as nice a property as we have ever stayed. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great property, incredible view

The listing does this property an injustice. The balcony is huge with an oceanfront view with full wave sounds. The condo is spacious with a huge storage closet. Much better than it appears on VRBO. Only Internet issues were a problem.

Comfortable

Unit 403 was peaceful and quiet in late August. It has a great view--even from the kitchen. The washer and dryer appear to be new; i especially liked the refresh setting on the dryer. Although we didn't cook during our 5 night stay, the kitchen was fully stocked and very well organized. The starter packages for the kitchen and bathrooms are high end. What a pleasant surprise! I found the linens on the bed to be soft and clean with plenty of pillows.We did not use the bunk room but it looked inviting. The bed in the guest room was on the firm side but comfortable. The shades/blinds in the main bedroom are unique and pretty yet being thick and heavy, they got stuck while rolling up and down. Request for service was courteous and prompt. Loved the spacious balcony and outdoor furniture. Everything was as pictured and promised. This property was a perfect choice for a morher, daughter and six month old baby. The hot tub was as it should be. Pool was well maintained. The boardwalk to the beach was accessible from the pool area. It was in good shape and just a short, easy walk to the spectacular beach. We witnessed the awesome double blue moon while there and a beautiful, brilliant rainbow one morning when stepping outside for coffee on the patio. It really was a fun, exciting stay on 30A! Pro Tip: Ask the property manager (visible throughout our stay) before tossing out perfectly good food/products. It's likely someone in the area could put it to use.

Great place to stay

This unit was very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Our only complaint was an ongoing issue with the water pressure. Several times during our stay, the water would be reduced to a trickle and sometimes wouldn’t come out at all. The management company said it was an issue with the city, but still sent out a maintenance person to fix it. It was resolved for the remainder of that day, but the issue returned several times later in the week. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience.

This was our second time staying at the San Remo property, but first time in this particular condo. We loved it!! The master bed made my husband’s bad back hurt even worse, but other than that it was perfect!

Beautiful Condo in a great location!

We loved our stay at the Emerald Turtle II. The condo was beautiful and very spacious for our family of 5. We loved the open layout of the main living area and also enjoyed the patio where we had a great view of the ocean. The property was also located in the perfect area. We were able to walk to quite a few restaurants while others were just a short drive or bike ride away. Overall, it was a great week and we are looking forward to staying here again next year.

Loved the Emerald Turtle!

This property was terrific. Beautiful view and very easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. It felt safe and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. And the check-in process was unbelievably easy using the app. I mentioned communication with the property manager was good, but we didn't actually have to communicate with anyone, again, because the app made everything really simple, and we were able to find pretty answers to pretty much any questions there. We did have a couple of minor questions surrounding any damage to items we saw in the unit...for example, there was a chipped small side table clock and some broken beach toys (and we didn't know who to tell - or if it was already known that the items were chipped/broken), and the rug in the bunk room smelled really musty (we put it out on the balcony to air out, but didn't know who to let know it needs a good cleaning). Other than that, all was impeccable, and with the pool and the beach right there, this place really can't be beat. Thanks for a great vacation!

San Remo Condo

My family used to own a unit at San Remo so I know how wonderful this location is for family and relaxation. Could use a deeper clean (water and hair) around the toilet upon arrival BUT amenities updated and comfortable. Cable intermittently went out the entire stay even after the storm was over but wasn't really there for the TV. Would have appreciated having chairs/umbrella at the beach somewhat negotiated as that expense was way too expensive to pay the company directly. Will always come back to this location. I have been coming since 2003.

Highly recommended

We have stayed at many places on 30-A over a couple of decades. We have stayed at San Remo twice. This rental is excellent. The view of the ocean (and pool and lake) is unbeatable. The furnishings are contemporary and appealing. The living room TV is awesome. (However, my husband thought the bass was a bit much.). I would stay here again in the future. I read in other reviews that there were no pot holders so I brought one. It was the only one and I left it there. You’re welcome. We did not find a manual bottle opener but had one. Did not see an electric can opener. It was nice having beach chairs provided but the umbrella was not sufficient for sun protection. We bought two umbrellas our first day. There is plenty of storage space, including a huge closet in the master and a nice kitchen pantry. We did not use the pool but did enjoy the hot tub. I highly recommend this rental.
