Use the two provided bicycles to get around town, or hop in the car and drive down 30A to explore nearby attractions.

Upgraded hardwood floors, contemporary accents, and a family-friendly style give this spacious three-level home the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Put a load of laundry in the private washer/dryer then lounge on the couch and catch up with a good book. Check out what's on cable or pop in your favorite DVD to enjoy a movie night on the flatscreen TV.

This upper level also has a kitchenette perfect for making quick snacks, as well as a sitting area with a TV and fantastic gulf views. If you need more space there is a sofabed as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
