Situated below the condos lie an array of charming shops and dining spots such as "Soho," "Yolo," and the "30A store." Dining options include La Playa renowned for its delectable fish tacos and live entertainment, The Perfect Pig, a cozy Coffee Shop, Pizza by the Sea, and more! Enjoy seamless access to the beach via Gulf Place's dedicated access point, just a quick 2-minute stroll away.

This one-bedroom unit features a distinct separation between the living space and kitchen. The spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen provide ample room for cooking and storage of personal belongings. Positioned conveniently off Scenic Hwy 30A, it boasts proximity to the new Shunk Gulley Restaurant, a mere walk across the crosswalk!

Explore the neighborhood's vibrant events by checking out the calendar! Experience the monthly wine walkabout on the 3rd Thursday, a delightful affair in Gulf Place offering live music and the chance to dance at La Playa afterward!

Great!

Check in was easy, house was clean, this was a great spot for a short stay for my son and I! The private beach access was a definite plus, we got a great spot by the water every day we were there! Just a short walk from the beach too! Communication with the host was easy breezy!

The suite itself was very nice and comfortable, nice furnishings, the only issue was with the cleaning process, the toilet sits on a pad of some sort and it is torn and nasty. The shower had some mildew or mold around the base of the wall. Beach access is really easy. All in all I would stay here again. Just needs a little attention. Thanks

Baby-moon Getaway was perfect!

We loved our stay at Gulf Place! Access to the beach was super convenient and easy to get to! We love the area and location to great food, ice cream, and activities! Perfect for families! We will be back!

Great vacation in Santa Rosa

We will definitely be back! The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. There could be clearer directions on parking (no pass needed but some signs say pass is needed) and we never figured out how to use the private beach access, but public is steps away so we never had issues. Property manager responded within seconds regarding parking question. We never felt the need to ask about the beach card because of the public access.
