30A Linger Longer is in a perfect part of the 30 A corridor. It is located in a gated area with a community private pool and on a private beach. The house is phenomenal with beautiful beach views.

30A Family Vacay

I love 30A, the beaches are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. Linger Longer has beautiful views, right on the gulf, beach access is super close and there is enough room for the entire family ( I have grown kids with spouses). The house itself is in need of some updating, it definitely is a little outdated and the furniture is tired and at least needs a good professional cleaning. The gated community is a mix of old, new, and under construction but very quiet and felt super safe. The community pool was probably beautiful back in its prime, but definitely needs some love. The customer service from the management team was amazing. They were quick to respond, went out of their way to help and they were genuinely kind and happy to do whatever they could to make our stay great.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was so peaceful! We would enjoy coming back here again! Only issue is there were some cockroaches in the house that we killed and the management company didn’t update our app to reflect the correct gate code. We had to call twice to get into the gate and get correct code.

PRIVATE BEACH!

We’re a family of 5 and stayed with our dear friends, a family of 4, and had a wonderful time. The private beach was an absolute dream and the proximity to Shunk Gulley and Vue on 30A was great! The house was great and all the beds were really comfortable. The only downfall was parking…2 full size SUV’S barely fit in the carport. Our teenage son had to park his truck at Publix.

Vízcaya rental house

We’ve stayed in Vizcaya many times and it’s a beautiful place although the residents are rude and unfriendly. The pool is great and maintained nicely. The beach is uncrowded and access is good. This property is beautiful and comfortable for the most part. However, there is no cable TV, no ice maker and the rug in the downstairs hallway was frayed and dangerous. Also, the door leading out to the deck was broken and difficult to shut. And there is only parking for two cars. That’s a problem. For the price we paid, I expected more.

Great Beach House

The home is absolutely beautiful and private. The home accommodated eight adults very well allowing each of the four family groups to have privacy at the same time great space for all to gather, visit and enjoy time together. The kitchen was well appointed with modern appliances. The porches allowed beautiful views and were comfortable for our elderly parents to experience the beach. We will definitely consider staying here again when we have a large group.

Great house & location!

Our family enjoyed this cozy home right on the beach! We enjoyed the gated community! Very nice and clean! Would defiantly stay at this house again! We had a total of 5 adults and two children and had plenty of room!

Linger Longer at Vizcaya is a Gem

Our group of 8 retirees that have traveled together for 45 years loved this property. Enormous interior and balcony space for gathering, beautiful kitchen, spacious bed rooms and a great location along 30A. Our age group struggled a tiny bit with all the stairs and found that the 4th bath was not accessible from a bedroom, but minor items. While we saw the on-line description of limited parking, upon arriving we noticed that Linger Longer is one of the few homes in Vizcaya that has only 2 parking spots. Most had 4, so this could be an item for some visitors. Great Trip.
