This 10th-floor unit, BeachCrest 1002, offers stunning Gulf views and is beautifully maintained with custom fabrics and finishes.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, high-grade stainless steel appliances, a convection range with warming drawer, and a glass, touch-activated electric oven with custom control panel and cooktop. Additional highlights include a lighted wet bar and a built-in 18-bottle wine cooler, adding extra convenience for entertaining.

The living area has been refreshed, providing a bright and inviting space with a 55" Smart TV. Both bedrooms feature king beds, and the living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa. The guest bedroom has a custom pocket door, creating a private suite with an en-suite bathroom, and Smart TVs are also provided in both bedrooms.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline, offering private beach access. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Absolutely amazing condo ! Absolutely amazing office management!!

This condo is perfect! We had an amazing trip! The management went out of their way to help us. Our flight arrived super early, they stored our luggage for us. They were just exceptional. Condo was beautiful, clean. Loved everything about it!! We will be coming back soon!!

The condo was ok. Both beds are king size with worn out mattresses. We both had sore backs from the mattresses. There was so much seaweed on the beach that it was horrible and really dampened our week. I’ve stayed at places that sweep the beach of seaweed, this one did not. To top it off we only had one day that it didn’t rain. We left a day early because of these 3 things. Communication was a little lacking. I couldn’t get the condo info on Hospitality app and called and left 3 messages asking someone to call me. No return phone call after 24 hours. We’ll never stay here again!

Beautiful views and a great location.

The condo was nice but it didn’t Wow us. A few things to note…1-bathrooms are really small. 2-furniture needs updating…a mishmash of everything. 3-ice maker in freezer doesn’t work. I expected a bit more for the price we paid per night.

Beachcrest Condominium 1002

We stayed at Beachcrest Condominiums unit 1002 in late June. The condo was very nice and clean and looked just like the pictures on vbro . Upon entering there was a heavy musty smell. But with some air freshener spray that was taken care of. It had everything we needed and was up to date. We loved the location , right in the heart of everything. We also loved being directly beach front. The beach service was an extra benefit and even though it was very busy there the chairs were spaced out very nicely on the private beachfront. . Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Stay was OK at best, you don't need HomeAway

First off, if you found this unit through HomeAway and have not booked it, find another way to book it. HomeAway provides zero value and is just another useless middleman. This is a 30+ year old building and it shows. Dingy stairwells, exterior looks like it could use a good pressure-wash. Small and rather dirty pool, small parking lot. Construction next door was an ongoing annoyance. The onsite staff was friendly however. The unit was ok. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds, well-stocked and updated kitchen. The balcony is small and narrow, much smaller than we have seen at other locations. TV is bare-bones cable in living room and master bedroom. No cable at all in the 2nd bedroom, just a flat screen TV and DVD player. Bathrooms in need of upgrades. The entire area was extremely crowded the week we were there (May 6-11). Bumper to bumper traffic, waits at most restaurants, back row-only beach chairs if you didn't get down to the beach by 9:00AM. It felt like a fourth of July week and not the first week of May. Not sure when the off-season is on 30A but it definitely is not the first week of May. Probably won't be back.
