Dune Vacation Rentals presents: Nestled in the heart of WaterColor Crossing, Gulf Getaway is a beautiful 5-bedroom + 4.5-bath home that offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outdoor living. With park views, this vacation rental is designed to create a peaceful escape with beach living on a large corner lot.

The open-concept floor plan invites you into a living room that flows into the gourmet kitchen and dining area - perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, a large walk-in pantry, and stone countertops. A custom bar and a half bath add to the first floor. Gulf Getaway is complemented by beautiful hardwood floors and 10-foot ceilings that enhance the home's airy, light-filled atmosphere.

The first-floor master suite provides a quiet retreat, while upstairs, there are two additional master suites, one with a private porch overlooking the park. The other bedrooms are equally spacious, each designed with comfort in mind. The second-floor sitting room connects to a guest bedroom.

The outdoor space is the ultimate place for both relaxation and entertainment. The open deck is perfect for outdoor dining or sitting. The screened-in porch offers peaceful park views and a serene place to unwind. An outdoor shower, natural gas grill, and garage complete the outdoor living space.

Gulf Getaway is ideally located just steps from everything WaterColor has to offer. Explore scenic bike paths, indulge in world-class dining, or spend your day lounging at the Beach Club. The WaterColor community is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with miles of trails, multiple pools, a tennis center, and opportunities for kayaking and paddleboarding on Western Lake.

- Parking for 2 vehicles
- No Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional clean charges.
WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
- 12 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy
Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

The nearest pool was great: quiet with plenty of sun and shade. The house was great and comfortably accommodated our family of 10. Located in a fun community that is easy to walk or bike. The rental agency and maintenance team were very friendly and quick to reply and help when needed!
