Highland Parks is an upscale resort community set among the highest elevations along 30A and nestled next to Point Washington State Park, offering scenic nature trails and tranquil surroundings. Inside the home, you’ll find hardwood floors, granite and quartz countertops, modern coastal décor, and premium furnishings throughout. Two covered porches - including one screened‑in - provide the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening wine.



The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a center island, quartz countertops, an air fryer, and an Instapot, ideal for family meals after a day at the beach. The welcoming foyer opens to a back patio and spacious courtyard that lights up beautifully at night, creating an inviting outdoor space for gathering.



Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room ensure everyone can relax their way, while the provided Pack ’N Play adds extra convenience for families traveling with little ones. The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.



STARTER AMENITY PACKS: At Beachwalk Vacations, we provide essential items for our guests to use until they can stock up at the store. In the kitchen, you'll find dishwashing soap, two dishwasher pods, and one roll of paper towels. For the bathrooms, we supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, along with basic amenities such as shampoo and a soap bar (similar to hotel-style, but not restocked during your stay). We also provide professionally laundered bed linens and towels with your reservation. For your convenience, we recommend bringing your own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

the only problem I had was that at the time of arrival, the lower bedroom did not had power at all on that part of the house and also, we couldn't charge the golf cart because of the power not working properly.
