Welcome to our 30A Family Getaway! Nestled near the enchanting Blue Mountain Beach, our private vacation home invites you to make unforgettable memories in the upcoming spring and summer seasons.

Our thoughtfully designed home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering ample space for up to 10 guests. The open living and dining area provide a welcoming ambiance, with abundant seating for your entire family. Stay entertained with internet-connected smart TVs in all the bedrooms, ensuring everyone's entertainment needs are met.

A short stroll will lead you to the community pool pavilion, where you can indulge in leisurely swims and soak up the sun. Additionally, our complex offers an outdoor kitchen, grill area, serene sitting spots, and a cozy firepit, all available for your enjoyment.

Conveniently, three public beach accesses lie within a 5-minute drive from the house, each offering parking facilities and public restrooms. Embrace the beauty of Blue Mountain Beach, just 1.2 miles away, or venture slightly farther to Gulfview Heights (1.4 miles) and Ed Walline (1.8 miles) beaches, both offering lovely picnic spots with covered areas. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even take a scenic walk to Blue Mountain Beach from our home!

Spending Thanksgiving or Christmas on 30A is a dream come true, with its stunning coastal views, perfect weather, and a vibrant array of local events. Imagine celebrating the holiday in a fully stocked kitchen, where you can whip up your favorite dishes while soaking in the breathtaking scenery. The charming atmosphere, coupled with an abundance of activities and festivities, makes for an unforgettable Holiday experience.

Nearby Shopping and Events:
Shop for unique finds and souvenirs at the local boutiques along Hwy 30A, or take a short drive to popular shopping destinations like Destin Commons, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Pier Park. Plan your stay around exciting local events, such as the 30A Songwriters Festival, Sandestin Gumbo & Bloody Mary Festival, and South Walton Beaches Wine & Food Festival.

Check-in time is after 4 pm Central time, and check-out is 10 am Central time. Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars only. We provide a starter supply of paper products and hand, dish, and laundry soaps. Depending on the length of your stay and party size, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Excellent home

Excellent home in a safe neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. Kurt was very responsive and helpful in nature. I really liked Highland Parks neighborhood and the amenities even though it was cold. The kitchen was well stocked with a few snacks and coffee. I loved that the living room was large enough for my two teens and family to hang out in the evenings and watch TV. The home is much larger than it looks and would easily fit two families very comfortably.

Great place to stay with family

This home is perfect! It had everything we needed. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Great location, close to the beach and just steps away from the beautiful pool and hot tub. There are many places to eat nearby. Great place to ride a bike or take a walk. Kurt was very helpful and was quick to respond to text messages. We definitely recommend this home! Thank you Kurt for making our stay so easy and enjoyable

Amazing beach vacay!

This is a beautiful property! It was the perfect vacation home for our family and friends. Only a few steps from the pool and just a short drive to the beautiful beaches and awesome restaurants. Host was excellent with communication from the moment we booked the home until the end of trip. He made sure we settled in well soon after we arrived. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beach Mountain

Overall it was a great stay! It was our first time using VRBO and we had my family of 4, my sister's family of 4 and my parents all staying. There was enough room and we were very comfortable there! Loved that the pool was very close to the house. We used the tent for the beach which was definitely a bonus. I would say the only thing that would have made it better would have been having a golf cart since the walk to the beach was a little longer than we thought.

This place was so nice!

This house was perfect for our family and it was close to everything. Renting a golf cart was very helpful and I recommend it for sure. The owner was great to communicate with and quick to respond to me. We really enjoyed our vacation! The garage has beach toys and chairs which was so awesome. We would def stay here again.

Great location & house!

This place was great! Honestly, the house was better in person than the pictures show! We loved the neighborhood, the pool, the property manager was quick to answer any questions! The house Hassan plenty of kitchen utensils and beach toys in the garage. For the adults, a second fridge in the garage was clutch! We will absolutely be staying here again in this beautiful home!

Amazing Santa Rosa Beach Property

My family and I booked this trip based on location and pictures on site. This property is beyond beautiful and spacious. It was a skip away from major attractions . It is well kept, clean, convenient and owner was very responsive. Will be booking this property again when heading to Destin.
