You will love riding to the beach in the FREE 6 seater golf cart that is included with your rental of this home!

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family is sure to fall in love with all that this gorgeous home has to offer! Decorated for calming beach house comfort, and welcoming solace for a family to enjoy.
The first floor open concept is a perfect place to hang with all the family and be sure that everyone is included. The kitchen offers beautiful granite counter-tops with stainless appliances, a dining table with seating for 6 guests, and an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island. Off of the kitchen is a Master Suite, complete with a king bed and a large master bathroom, with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Also on the first level of the home is a half bath off the hallway, as well as a laundry room for your use.
The second floor retains 3 additional bedrooms, as well as a large second living area!! This large second floor bonus room is complete with a large flat screen tv, foosball table, game table, bar area, and a covered balcony! This large second space will provide your family plenty of room for everyone to spread out during your week together! There are two additional king suites located on this floor, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom, as well as an additional bunk room. This bunk room includes a twin over queen with twin trundle bed. Additionally, through the hallway, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, making it the ideal space to get those kiddos cleaned up after a warm vacation day!
After a long day at the beach, feel free to rinse off and leave the sand behind by using the outdoor shower located on the side of the home. If you still haven't had enough time outside for the day, you can enjoy one of the homes 3 outdoor areas! The large screened in front porch displays a sectional, a rocking chair, and a flat screen tv. You can also enjoy the salty air and sunshine on the homes back porch, or balcony off the 2nd floor.
