Bienvenido a la villa de vacaciones 'Five Seasons' (también conocida como 'fiveseasons30a'), una excelente opción para familias numerosas o un grupo que desee unas vacaciones en la playa con muchas opciones para el tiempo de descanso en la playa. Ubicada en el corazón del vecindario Summer´s Edge, ideal para familias, en la comunidad de playa de Seagrove Beach, la casa de 4 dormitorios y literas tiene capacidad para 10 personas, con mucho espacio para extenderse con una sala de estar privada en el tercer piso y tres grandes porches. Summer's Edge es un vecindario único y tranquilo con calles arboladas que le dan esa sensación reconfortante y hogareña que disfruta al viajar con niños.

Desde el exterior, te sorprenderá que tengas esta casa imponente para ti solo. Al cruzar el primero de los tres (¡tres!) En los porches, pasearás con entusiasmo por la sala de descanso. Desde allí, será recibido con la amplia cocina abierta y un comedor para acomodar a todos sus invitados (asientos 10). Hay asientos adicionales en el bar de comidas para 5 más. Un dormitorio y un baño completo en el primer piso son perfectos para niños o personas con movilidad reducida.

El segundo piso alberga el dormitorio principal, que cuenta con una cama king-size, baño completo con bañera de hidromasaje y acceso al segundo porche para cuando desee tomarse un descanso de la acción. En el pasillo se encuentran otros dos amplios dormitorios con camas queen y áreas de tocador privadas en un baño compartido. Una habitación final es una delicia para los niños. Simplemente les encantará la pequeña habitación con literas con 2 literas incorporadas, perfectas para las risas nocturnas cuando piensan que nadie más está escuchando.

En el tercer piso es donde realmente comienza la diversión. Disfrute de la acogedora sala que ofrece relajación pura con vistas al golfo y brisas marinas en abundancia. La tercera cubierta grande cubierta con mesa para seis personas le brinda un fácil acceso a un bar con fregadero para guardar refrigerios que harán las delicias de adultos y niños.

Summer's Edge ofrece 2 piscinas comunitarias (una climatizada en invierno) y un acceso a la playa, creemos que encontrarás lo único que esta residencia de vacaciones está lejos de ser normal.

Wow! What an amazing home. So glad my family abs I chose to stay here. Both pools and the beach was a very easy walk. Also very close to anything you would ever need. The house also comes with anything you would need for the best vacation possible.

Pure oasis

The house was very beautiful. It fit the 10 of us perfectly with some space to spare. It’s conveniently located for easy walks to the pools, beach, and shopping/restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating, tending to a few of our needs during our stay. I highly recommend this house. It will make your beach trip feel like home.

Family Vacation

We have stayed on this street in four different houses, all were very nice. This house though had everything you needed. Spices for cooking, more than one pod for dishwasher, laundry detergent, towels for the week. Other homes furnished the bare minimum. Beach chairs, pull cart, and umbrellas. We enjoyed our vacation in this home. Our 15 year old grandson especially liked his third floor “apartment” as it was called. Thank you for sharing your. Home with us.

Best stay ever!

We loved everything about this house! The location was perfect, on a quiet tree lined street. The house was so cozy and inviting, perfect for our two families and dog. We loved eating lunches on the large front porch and the ice machine was a nice surprise. Short walk to the beach and pools and close proximity to other areas of 30a. We loved exploring the area on the bikes. Susan the host was amazing, we were well prepared for our stay when we got there and she was always quick to answer our questions and super helpful! We will definitely be back!

Just what we expected and wanted

We spent two weeks at Five Seasons in May and loved every minute. The home and street were comfortable and quiet. Susan and Bill were unintrusive yet very helpful when called. 30A is the best part of Florida with lots of great restaurants and beaches. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we plan to stay again next time we are in Florida.

Exceptional Home Away from Home with Ample Space and Convenient Location

Our 3rd stay at Five Seasons did not disappoint! What’s not to love about feeling at home when away from home. This house has plenty of room to spread out when traveling with extended family and is just as cozy for two. A short walk to the beach, new cafe, shops, and restaurants opening within a minute walk, this is truly a gem of a home.

Great 4th of July week!

This house was perfect for our group. My husband and I hosted our two grown children and their spouses, college-age granddaughter and grandson plus a friend each for a total of ten adults and three dogs. For the dogs, the fenced backyard was perfect and the gate that could be put across the front porch steps allowed the dogs to chill on the porch while one or more of us were sitting out there We took bikes with us but the four that were provided looked very good. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. We cooked in most of the week and walked to two different ice cream places later in evening. Proximity to bike/walk path was perfect. Pools and beach very close and not too crowded. The last night hubby and I walked to steamboat grill for a date night. It had been recommended by several during the week. Loved the grouper special and grouper ‘d’. Highly recommend it. We really had a great week!

Wonderful place

We loved our stay at your home. It was very accommodating and all the extras were very much appreciated. Like the bikes and the beach equipment. Kitchen had everything we needed and the ice maker was a fantastic touch!

Great House!

This house had everything you would need and so organized. The kitchen was better stocked than my own kitchen! There was a deck box out back with really nice chairs and 2 carts to pull your beach stuff down the street. I have rented lots of condos and houses through the years for my family, and I rate this one as the nicest.

Five Seasons Perfection

Our 2nd stay at Five Seasons did not disappoint! This house is perfectly situated at the end of a quiet tree lined street with a short walk straight to the beach. This beach is house is a home away from home that has plenty of room for extended family to relax and come together. It’s well equipped and the coastal decor makes for an enjoyable experience. We will be back, hopefully for many years to come.

Best Santa Rosa Beach VRBO we've rented

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our party consisted of 4 generations of my wife's family, and my kids. The walk to the beach was literally 5 minutes, and very easy to reach - the included wagons made toting the beach chairs and supplies very simple. This is a quiet neighborhood which we greatly appreciated. Definitely family orientated, and didn't experience any loud neighbors. We spent a lot of time lounging on the decks relaxing, and cooking out on the grill. The home inside is perfectly appointed with plenty of sleeping options, tvs in most rooms if you need them, good water pressure and functioning HVAC units which kept the hot, muggy mid-day in check. We found that we were able to do dining out, shopping, and touring all within around a 5-15 minute car ride, with quite a few options easily biked with the provided 4 bikes. House condition was great, no issues. The host was super responsive to the questions we had during our stay, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and beyond. It's not often you have the perfect vacation, however, this one was for us, largely in part due to the property, it's location and upkeep, and the host making instructions easy to follow. We will 5/5 stay here again if available next year. We've already started making plans.

Such a great house on a quiet street just steps away from the beach. The house was everything we needed and more. We loved the labels which kept things organized and the various indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, have fun, and enjoy. This house is clean, updated, comfortable, and the perfect beach getaway.

Beautiful house on 30A

Loved the house. Lots of room to spread out & our dogs loved the backyard & large porch! House is right off 30a & pool and beach are a short walk down a neighborhood street with no traffic. House has wagon & beach chairs. Loved the separate ice machine too! Great location with seaside 2 miles & Rosemary about 6 miles away.
