  • En la esquina sureste más popular de la playa de Grayton, ubicada a pocos pasos del golfo, esta casa de playa frente al lago recientemente renovada tiene mucho espacio para su gran reunión familiar. Baños de arriba actualizados 2018. La apariencia fresca con muebles nuevos en todas partes lo invitará a regresar durante los próximos años. La sala de la Florida y la sala del lago se abren a las cubiertas y ofrecen espectaculares vistas del lago y del golfo. La adición de una piscina privada (19'x32 ') más una piscina para niños (8'x8') agregará diversión a sus vacaciones en el paraíso. Calentado fuera de temporada por un cargo adicional (consultar el costo actual). Incluye una sala de juegos con mesa de ping-pong, futbolín y centro de entretenimiento, muelle privado (trae tu caña de pescar) y cuartos de la planta baja separados, cocina de gas para la cocina de gas. Nuevo tablero interior y listón en paredes donde se instalaron ventanas nuevas. La piscina se rehizo completamente con un nuevo acabado. Todas las tablas del muelle y la zona de asientos se reemplazaron en el muelle privado con terrazas de madera tipo Epay.

Beautiful views and amenities but roaches spoil!

Our whole family agrees that this location with the proximity to gulf AND lake is ideal. It's encouraging to see the improvements that have been made to this beach house over the past few years, too. All of that kind of pales though when you start seeing roaches. There were enough sightings downstairs to make our grandchildren want to sleep upstairs with us. Luckily we had a spare room for them. The ones in the kitchen and family area were too much, though! We sent an email at midnight on Saturday after we arrived, and the rental company was very responsive, having someone there the next morning (Sunday) to address the immediate problem areas and the exterminator there on Monday. We continued to see live and dead ones throughout the week though, so it put a damper on our trip. Not sure if it's a problem for this house or the area but we have not had this problem in any of the other places we have rented up and down 30A over the past 13 years.

The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, private, and the location is perfect.Being able to view the beach from the kitchen/living area and the bay from the back patio really made the experience unique and complete. Grayt week at Eagles Nest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at Eagles Nest in late June. You cannot beat the location and layout. For a big group, it's perfect, especially with so many bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms (and the downstairs for kids). The kitchen and living areas are ideal for gathering, and the pool is the perfect place to spend an afternoon when you grow tired of the beach. Some areas of the house are "well-loved" but overall, it's a great setup. The ice maker was a bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental experience with Grayton Coast Rentals. We have used them for 20+ years, and always pretty much know what to expect. When the house we had rented for years was taken out of the rental options, they found us another house and we like it even better. Nothing fancy to look at, and definitely a beach house, but perfect for our large crowd. The location is perfect for the beach, the lake and it has a great pool. Have reserved it for next year already! The rental company is very responsive to any issues.

The bed at the back of the house was awful. The water in the hall bath and in some of the rooms did not get warm/hot , so must of us took a very cold shower . Over all great location .

Eagle's Nest is Awesome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though this house isn't fancy or elaborate, it is a perfect beach house - roomy and comfortable. The family room area gets fairly warm in the afternoons with the FL sun coming in, but shades would eliminate that issue! Grayton Coast Rentals is immediately responsive to any issue and the easiest and best to deal with. The office manager, Jenny, is knowledgeable and friendly. We have rented from them for over 15 years and keep coming back to their company. Can't think of a better recommendation!

The perfect getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in one of the best locations in Grayton Beach (and maybe all of 30a). You can walk right onto the beautiful beach but also have lake access with a private dock. The space is thoughtfully designed to accommodate large groups with multiple decks, a huge pool, a game room, and an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan. The beds were super comfortable and the house provides ample extra linens, which we needed after a weeklong stay. 10/10 would definitely come back and stay at this house!
