This two-story, corner unit has all of the bedrooms on the second level and all of the communal spaces on the first level. This really encourages guests to congregate together yet provides the opportunity for separation or privacy when needed. Off of the open-concept living space is the backyard with a seating area and bbq grill.

THE KITCHEN:
We’ve stocked the kitchen with all of the dining and cooking ware you could need. You’ll also find staples such as spices and equipment such as a blender, toaster oven and waffle iron.
The large sink and dishwasher make clean up a breeze. There is ample counter space and a peninsula with a breakfast bar seating area. And we also provide a complimentary coffee bar equipped with a machine that can brew a whole pot or an individual cup.
THE LIVING SPACE:
The focal point of the living area is the beautiful mural wall in front of which is the 75-inch TV and entertainment center. This, along with the plush couch make this spot perfect to curl up for a movie night.
In this space there is also a reading nook with a bookshelf full of books you are more than welcome to borrow. We also provide board games and even a small, smokeless ‘table top fire pit’ for making s’mores!
THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Each one has one of our staple wall murals, transforming them into serene spaces.
The primary boasts a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated desk for any remote work needs. The other bedrooms feature a Queen bed and two twin beds, respectively. These bedrooms share a large, full bathroom on the same floor. Downstairs is a shared half bath for the communal spaces as well.
We provide all toiletries, bath towels, soaps, shampoos, and even make up wipes for your convenience.
THE BACKYARD:
Because this is a corner unit townhome, it has a more spacious backyard area for kids to play. On the patio, there is a seating area with rocking chairs that is great for reading. We provide corn hole for endless entertainment. And the gas grill is great for cooking up a delicious meal after a long day at the beach.
AMENITIES AND CONVENIENCIES:
Beyond anything, our goal as hosts is to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. So we’re happy to provide you with what we like to call ‘the little things’ that can really make the difference in your stay.
• We provide all toiletries, hair dryers, bath towels, etc. • Parents can pack lighter because the home has a pack ‘n play crib, a high chair, changing table and even kids beach toys. • Don’t bother buying beach gear, we’ve got you covered – from beach towels, chairs, blankets, snorkeling gear and sand toys • We even provide laundry pods and dryer sheets so you don’t need to bring them. • And we have bikes, water gear and more available for rentals!

Santa Rosa alone has so many places to enjoy. And the 30A area at large is just teeming with intriguing spots to explore! Here are some of our favorites!
• Baytowne Wharf is a vibrant waterfront village with really great restaurants and shops. They often have family-friendly events, live performances and even fireworks! • If you like local craft beers, check out Grayson Beer Company and Idyll Hounds Brewing • Kith + Lin has live music on their front porch on Mondays at 6pm • Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is a great spot for seafood and ocean views • Louis Louis is a funky spot with eclectic decor all over the space. Their food is delicious and they serve generous portions! • Shades Sports Bar & Grille is a great place to go and watch games and live events. • Grand Boulevard at Sandestin has great shopping, dining options and even live music on occasion • Port Washington State Forest is a great spot for hiking and biking trails • Santa Rosa is home to a variety of nature preserves.
