The space

Welcome to 'Sea Cottage!'

This charming 3-bed, 3-bath cottage is the perfect WaterColor getaway!

The relaxing front porch has plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine!

Stepping inside, you'll find yourself in a bright, open-concept living area where cedar plank ceilings and hardwood floors create a warm, coastal feel. This area flows into the fully equipped kitchen, which has premium stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating for 5. Just behind the kitchen is the dining room, complete with a charming wooden table for 6.

All 3 bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, along with the laundry room. The master bedroom includes a King bed, direct access to the screened-in porch, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The last 2 bedrooms both have Queen beds, one has an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, and the other uses a dedicated hallway bathroom with a soaking tub.

Just outside, there is a lovely screened-in porch complete with a ping pong table and outdoor seating overlooking the serene forest views. Beyond the screened-in porch, enjoy your own private oasis, complete with a private pool, sitting spa, BBQ grill, and plenty of comfortable seating to relax or soak up the sun. Also, rinse off at the outdoor shower after a day at the beach!

There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway.

Located in the desirable Forest District of WaterColor, you're close to Camp WaterColor, The Beach Club, and Seaside Town Center! Take the LSV or bikes to explore the area, everything you need is just a short ride away!

This house comes with a maximum of 8 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

-Living Room with Queen-sized sleeper sofa
-Bedroom 1 (Master): King Bed, porch access, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower, and separate soaking tub
-Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower
-Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, dedicated hallway bathroom with soaking tub

There is also a pack n' play at the home available for guests' use!

Guest access

The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is the wonderful (and quiet) Frog Pond Pool and park!

The Beach Club is just across the bridge (3 minute bike ride), making this home a dream to not have to worry about parking since it is an easy walk or even quicker bike ride! Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute LSV ride. The highly exclusive and stunning Lake District location of this home cannot be beat! These are large estate-style homes with a quiet, neighborhood feel - great for kids to play and ride bikes tucked away from busy roads with no through traffic!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Please note that the outdoor fire pit is not for guest use.
-Pool and spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. Pool and sitting spa are heated together.
-The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, spa, or other amenities provided to guests.
