I would say pretty nice. Good to have the golf cart and bikes included. Kitchen well stocked. Giving a 3 because of the air conditioning. It was freezing cold on the main floor and warm and humid upstairs. Very musty smell in the whole house. Including a picture of the disgusting moldy bathroom vents.

Could have been cleaner

The house is overall a nice home but there is a lot that is dirty and worn that needs to be replaced to make it feel more comfortable for guests. The location and community amenities and golf cart were great!

Wonderful get away

Came here with a group of girlfriends for a relaxing girls weekend we all love the property. Thought the beds were comfortable very clean and beautiful home. Love the access to watercolors and all the amenities were nice. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

What a Great Trip!

Took a small group of friends and teens to Watercolor and we loved this property! Everything was so nice. Having the cart was a game changer. Great location and would love to book again!

Azul is Awesome!!

Azul was awesome!The golf cart is invaluable. Azul’s location and proximity to Publix was so nice ! Having a grocery store so close - nobody wants to waste time shopping on vacation but it’s unavoidable.The house is beautiful and the water pressure was fantastic! We enjoyed taking the golf cart everywhere making a fun experience for all as it’s better than relying on Ride share or a car rental. WeWould definitely stay again!!!

Early April at Watercolor

First time visit with grandchildren for spring break. Large, well organized community. Main pools were very crowded so we were mostly at the Dragonfly pool. Parking near Camp Watercolor and Beach Club is limited and/or 25 a day, even for carts. Weather was so-so. Overall, still a good time and an excellent vacation community.

Summer 2024

This is a great home- especially for a small family! The golf cart was great and my little boys enjoyed riding it everywhere we went. Also, property is in close proximity to Publix for groceries. My kids love camp watercolor and the beach club! Would definitely recommend this property!!

Perfectly Peaceful

Azul was a wonderful house to stay in for our trip with my daughters and their friends! It was so beautifully decorated, spacious, yet cozy, and we had plenty of towels. The grocery store was so close by which made it so convenient if we needed anything at all. This house is nestled in a sweet, quiet neighborhood that is located a short golf cart ride or bike ride to the beach. Beautiful place!! I hope we can stay again someday! Thank you to the owners for sharing it with us!!

Perfection!

Fabulous property. Screened in porch is so peaceful that you don’t want to leave! Each bedroom on en suite making it perfect to travel with family or friends. Close to grocery store. Lots of room to spread out. Easy access to pools, beach, and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful house, needs some enhancements

I chose this house because it is beautiful and came with the golf cart and 6 bikes. It cost 2-3 times more of some other rentals we were looking at in the area but thought it was worth the splurge. Unfortunately the bikes are in need of a major upgrade. We had to call daily about chains coming off and one with a broken seat. They are worn and have seen better days. The dryer, as mentioned in other reviews, does not work. It takes several hours to dry a load of laundry. The kitchen is not stocked for cooking. There are plenty of utensils and dishware, but minimal cookware - definitely in need of some cookie sheets and larger skillets. It's a great house if you are planning to use it like a hotel and just use it for relaxing and sleeping but not if you plan to do laundry or cook while there. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked with bath towels.

Beautiful home and area

This was our first time staying in this area and we loved it! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The home is very cozy and comfortable! We really did love it! Having access to the Watercolor club with their private beach and pools was a great bonus! I read the review about it smelling musty and it really does but you do get used to it. Also, the bikes are pretty old but they worked fine. Check in and out was very smooth and the company was very responsive to the one question that I did have. Make sure you plug in the golf cart after each use as it does run out of battery.

This is our second year going to Watercolor in the Fall. First time staying at Azul. Excellent property in a nice quiet part of Watercolor. Clean and nice.

Great place

The house and location are great. The dryer does not work well at all. Needs replaced, had to restart several times to even get one load dry. There is also some very obvious mold on bathroom vents. Beds were comfy, decor was cute, and yes like other reviews say the steering on the golf cart was hard. We would stay again especially if the little things were corrected.

Will come back!

Everything was wonderful. Loved the convenience of having the bicycles and golf cart. The Watercolor amenities are amazing! The only thing I would suggest is more storage in the bedrooms. There wasn’t quite enough room to unpack. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful Property, Great Location! (Problem: Broken dryer, fridge, dishwasher & golf cart steering)

We loved the property and were so excited to meet our family from around the country there for our summer vacation. The reason that I did not give it 5 stars was because the dryer was not working for most of our stay which was difficult considering half of our family flew with carry on bags and depended on the dryer to work. The dishwasher wasn't working and was leaking out onto the floor. We had to wait for someone to come out and replace the dishwasher. My husband missed part of a day at the beach meeting the repair person at the property. The golf cart steering wheel was very difficult to turn which made it hard to maneuver around the property. The refrigerator was having issues as well with temperature and standing water in the refrigerator. We wish the property manager would have provided more information regarding the beach set up and that we should have reserved chairs/umbrellas back in January. We booked the property in August prior to our June stay but would have been grateful to know the importance of reserving chairs in January prior to our stay - They were booked when I called a month in advance. With all of that said the property is beautiful and the location is great with easy access to the grocery store and restaurants. Most everything was fixed by the end of our vacation.

Fantastic Family House and Neighborhood

This house was perfect for our family vacation (my wife and I plus our two girls, ages 5 and 3). The golf cart was a huge perk as it made it super easy to get around Seaside. Spending time on the screened-in porch was a nice way to end each night. My only suggestions would be adding a gate at the top of the stairs (small children getting out of bed at night) and getting the steering wheel on the golf cart repaired. Terrific house overall and we’d love to stay there again!

Great beach house!

We had a wonderful time staying in Seaside for the week. The house was clean, and we were able to check in very easily. There was one minor issue with the dishwasher not working after day 2, which they were very prompt to come look at. However, because it was newly installed, they had to wait on the manufacturer, so we couldn't use it the entire trip. It didn't prevent us from having a really wonderful time, and we will certainly be back again!! The golf cart was an awesome perk as well because we were able to go to Camp Watercolor and downtown Seaside very easily, and we never had to put 3 small children back in a car!

Spring Break 2023

Spring break was a success for my crew! The house was beautiful! Plenty of towels, spacious. The grassy patch behind the screened in front porch was great for kids kicking around a soccer ball. It was private, quiet and felt secluded even though the houses are so close together. I do wish there would have been better cookware and maybe 1 dishwashing packet given per day of rental. The pots and pans were a little lackluster. But all in all, I'd definitely consider this exact same rental again in the future.

Amazing

Everything about our stay was amazing! My sister and I had the best time ever! The property and location was beautiful and the golf cart was perfect! We didn’t even need a car which saved a ton. Will be back for sure!!❤️
