    The Space:

    Experience outdoor living at its finest at Blue Mountain View in Blue Mountain Beach! Nestled on a quiet street right off of 30A and just steps from the beach, the location can’t be beat. With outdoor decks, a private pool, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out, you’ll be in vacation mode in no time!



    Blue Mountain View is a gorgeous home with four bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to 12. You’ll find everything about this home appealing, from the open-concept floor plan and cozy furnishings to the floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the natural surroundings. Indoor and outdoor areas merge in purposefully designed spaces meant for hosting a crowd indoors as well as out.



    Prepare snacks and meals in the beautiful, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a wine cooler, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The dining room table is large enough for everyone to convene with extra seating nearby! Gather together on comfy sofas in the living room for a movie, then retire to the grand master bedroom with a king-sized bed or one of two guest bedrooms, both with queen beds. The kids will love the bunk room, complete with a double bunk, two twin bunks, and a flat-screen TV, and you’ll love the washer and dryer, conveniently located nearby and ready to prep items for the next day’s adventures. With multiple decks throughout the home, enjoy the views together or take them in separately; it’s totally your call!



    Take a dip in the pool and catch some rays in lounge chairs on the deck. You’ll find a lovely outdoor couch and flat-screen TV in a shaded nook, perfect for an afternoon catnap. Grill the day’s catch and dine poolside, then move to the upper deck to catch the sun as it sets over the Gulf of Mexico.



    Take an evening stroll along the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, then grab a meal at Blue Mable Smokehouse and Provisions, followed by homemade ice cream at the Blue Mountain Creamery. Explore the nearby communities of Seaside and Grayton Beach for a fun-filled vacay you’ll remember forever!



    Because we want you to enjoy your stay, we’ve added an OK2Charge EV charger. Before your stay, you will receive an activation email to register for the service or simply scan the QR code on the face of the charger when you arrive.



    Requests for pool heating must be submitted a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day.



    Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Wonderful vacation at the Beach

Amazing 3 story house with observation deck overlooking the ocean. Nice furniture, beautiful pool out back, perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

Everything was great, house is fully equipped with most beach necessities including but not limited to pool, beach chairs, canopy, grill, outside shower, board games/puzzles, multiple TV's, vast parking and all the kitchen utensils and equipment needed. We are very happy with our stay.

Beautiful home

We had a lovely stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with two coffee making choices. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of space to spread out and find quiet time. Also came with extra beach chairs, pool toys and beach wagons.

Perfect for the whole family!

We enjoyed our week long stay within walking distance to the beach and our private pool. We had more thunderstorms than normal due to Tropical Storm Claudette, but the indoor/outdoor space and the pool made enjoying our time much easier, even if it was raining. The storm didn\'t last long and we were able to enjoy the beach or walk to the creamery with our family. Thank you for letting us stay in your home! We easily had room for 11 of us, without fighting over any space.

EXCELLENT LOCATION - relaxing vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain Beach!!! EXTREMELY close to the beach - pool was a must have and we loved relaxing out there. Had a couple of minor issues that were promptly responded to and fixed ASAP - nothing that deterred from our vacation! Could consider replacing some of the outside furniture - particularly couch areas out by pool and on rooftop - just getting worn and sandy. Lots of areas to sit on porches and enjoy the outside! Would come again!!! Thank you for allowing us to experience your property!

The house is beautiful, love the pool and location. The staff was great and attentive. We had a issue with the first house but the staff was great in finding another home the same night. The only suggestion is the cleanliness housekeeping needs to do a better job. The sheets had hair, dust on shelves fans and the floors and rugs dirty. Other than that beautiful home.

Amazing Property

We had an amazing visit to Blue Mountain. The house was immaculate! It had everything you needed plus much much more. Going to the beach was so easy because of all the beach carts and short walk. House was clean and comfortable. I was worried about the bedding and comfort of the mattresses because of a prior review but no one had any issues. Beds were very comfortable! I will say it was very inconvenient that we arrived early in the day after driving all night, we’re told an early check in would most likely be available, and even though the property was not rented for the day before we arrived they didn’t allow us to check in early. They didn’t even act like paying additional was an option to get in early even though the house set empty for a day. Also we checked out the night prior to our checkout date so we could drive through the night back, so with those two contributing factors I would have thought that an early check in would have been easier to negotiate. The customer service was not all bad though we had issues with out internet and the gentleman that helped us was very kind and accommodating. Even checked back the next day to make sure it was up and going again! Loved this property!!!

Extremely disappointing

Upon arrival you could tell things had not really been cleaned. A property of that size needs cushions cleaned at least every two months to avoid stains….outside cushions need replacing. They were god awful and it took away any possible gathering downstairs outside by pool. The guys were hoping to gather for football games on TV but needless to say it did not happen. That was so very disappointing and when we requested help to possibly replace cushions and blow off downstairs deck it did not happen. The upstairs deck on top had the most awesome view but again we could not sit as cushions were torn and wet and nasty. The master shower requires a new toilet and shower needs to b recaulked. I know these are little things but they just took away from the vacation as a whole. The house looked so much nicer and cleaner in the pictures as it should look for every client wanting to stay there for the price. The location was amazing and it was truly close to everything…unfortunately we won’t b staying there again…there is more but pointless to go on and on. We survived the week..

Great location but type of beds and layouts not true in listing. House needs work. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Sheets were like sand paper. ant problem at pool.

Best house so far

We've been coming to Santa Rosa for the past 5 years and have gotten a different house each time. This was the best rental by far. Close to the beach and the donut shop and creamery. Awesome backyard and pool. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Home with amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay. We had our children and their families as well as our nephews staying throughout the week. The house is large enough to accommodate a large crowd yet comfortable enough to feel at ease in the space. Planning on future trips here!

Good property needs a little TLC.

The house size, amenities and location are great. The house could use some TLC. The dining room ceiling has water damage and needs to be repaired/painted. There were a few light bulbs burnt out throughout the house and the kitchen ceiling light has some sort of short. It was not easy to turn on (some sort of switch issue) so once we got it on, we just left it on the whole time. To be fair, we did not tell the management company about these issues.. We did call them about the broken dryer (they came out and fixed it within a few hours) and pool filter/heater problems. They sent the pool company out promptly every time we called and the pool guys were great. Overall, the management company service was top notch and the house would be too if it got a little TLC.
