Welcome to "7 Summers", an upscale spacious beach cottage located in the quiet, gated community The Hammocks at Seagrove Beach. The Hammocks is a small family oriented community with charming coastal homes nestled in a forest of oaks and pines, located in the heart of 30A just minutes from Seaside. The Hammocks features 2 community pools as well as a private nature boardwalk that provides access to a stream that connects to Western Lake.

"Someday" is beautifully decorated and inviting. The large chef's kitchen is outfitted with professional grade appliances and is open to the living and dining area with plenty of workspace perfect for preparing your favorite family meal. The large dining table has seating for 8 and the spacious kitchen island has bar seating for 4. The living room features an open floor plan, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light, large flat screen smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family.

A Master Bedroom is on the 1st floor and the upstairs contains a 2nd master, a king bedroom and a bunkroom. An additional seating area is also on the 2nd floor and set up perfect for the kids to chill and unwind after a day at the beach, with a variety of DVDs and games to enjoy. Three porches provide ample space to enjoy the peaceful nature of the neighborhood and the patio provides seating for 4 and a gas grill perfect for those who love outdoor cooking!

Surrounded by the area’s natural beauty and teeming with nearby nature trails, The Hammocks invokes a sense of sanctuary and tranquility and is perfect for families looking for a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes from our famous sugar white sand beaches, world class dining and the famous coastal village of Seaside. The Hammocks perfectly encompasses the laid-back attitude and southern grace that make up the 30A lifestyle.

This home was beautiful. It was very spacious and provided plenty of room for 8 women to get ready. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive when we had an issue getting into the lockbox. It is close to beaches and the shopping area.

Great House

7Summers was a beautiful home! DJ and Donna were great and easy to work with, they communicated very well and were understanding. Very clean and amenities were awesome! We did have an issue with parking but we did fix asap. The new owner has a golf cart so if you rent one, just know that parking is tight for it and hard to get in all the way. I will say the neighbor was not friendly but DJ easy to communicate with about it. We have been coming to Seaside/30q for 11 years and never had an issue. We appreciate the hospitality form Elite 30a.

Amazing beach stay!!

We had the most incredible time staying at this property!! It was a great location being a mile or so from beach access and Seaside square plus close to a grocery and liquor store with a couple restaurants too! We rented a golf cart and the property had a charging area. The big porch was perfect for hanging out and the two neighborhood pools were a nice bonus. It’s gated so you feel safe and it’s only a 20ish minute drive to Rosemary, Alys Beach, etc. we did grocery pick up at Walmart 12 mins away and then popped into Publix for any one off needs. It also had tons of kitchen goods, a wine fridge, ice machine, filtered fridge water, a blender, and lots of tongs, serving items, etc. we had seven teens and three adults here and it was exactly what we needed!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Great Place!!!

Beautiful place to stay. Our family of ten had a wonderful time here. Very clean, very roomy, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and great kitchen. The ice maker was a hit! Walking distance to the beach and we enjoyed the bikes available to us. Would highly recommend!

Great house! Very nicely equipped. Great location. Only suggestion would be a keypad lock, which would be very helpful, especially when there are multiple guests, instead of a key in a lock box. Would definitely book this house again!

Family girls trip

9 cousins/Aunts … girls trip. Ages 40 to 80. We had a wonderful time with each other and in this beautiful home. Short walk to the beach. We had a golf cart and went to dinner in the evening just down the road . Would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful home in The Hammocks! Everything was just perfect! The bikes were a great amenity. Easy access to the beach, grocery store, cafe etc. Jinny, the property manager, was so kind and responsive. 100% recommend!

JUST BOOK THIS ONE ALREADY!

This house is AMAZING. Such an awesome layout with tons of room for our group of eight, five adults and three kiddos. Everyone had an awesome time and the host was super available and helpful. Will DEFINITELY be coming back. Beach access just down the road, 5 minute golf cart ride. Thanks for the AWESOME house, we loved it!

Perfect in everyway!!!

Spring Break 2023 was perfect for EVERYONE!! Tucked away off the beaten path, but not far from the excitement lies this beautiful home with everything imaginable for a relaxing getaway. The owners have done an exceptional job with the decor, not to mention very comfortable beds!!
