Welcome to Beachside Villas 623, a spacious and inviting 3-bedroom condo located on the second floor of Beachside Villas. With stunning Gulf views and access to all the fantastic amenities this complex is renowned for, you're in for an unforgettable vacation. Step inside and immediately feel the comforts of home surround you. The well-appointed living area provides ample space to relax and unwind after a day of beachside adventures. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need. The three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for your entire group. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Gulf from your private balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening sunset. Beachside Villas' convenient location ensures you're just steps away from the beach and close to a variety of attractions, dining options, and shopping destinations. Make your vacation dreams come true at 623.

If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service from March – October (please call us for specific dates).

Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball. You can even grab pickleball equipment at the onsite HOA office. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. The location can't be beat - quiet and secluded but close to everything you'd want to do on your 30A vacation: fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses, and bike rentals. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles away.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Santa Rosa Beach VRBO

All in all it was good. There is a safety concern with the sliding patio door. There is a ledge in bottom of door frame that is easily a trip hazard. Lots of nice amenities including books and a few games, some beach chairs. Beautiful view of beach. Some in our party wished there as a hot tub.Very nicely decorated.

Long walk to the beach

Place was clean but needs some upkeep. Nice view of the beach but long walk to public beach since all new built houses have private beaches and that long stretch of the waterfront can not be used.

Condo is in a great location, room description just as stated. Just be prepared to walk down the beach or take the free shuttle to the public beach area.

Comfy bed; amazing view!

The condo was in a great location with gorgeous ocean views and easy access to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy (a must) and the condo included the basics. I would encourage a little decor update, but the place was clean, well stocked, with an unbeatable location. Make sure you bring first aid items and coffee/tea. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. We hope to return!

Girls Weekend

This condo was fine for the purpose of a girls weekend. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but be aware that visitors staying in Beachside Villas are only permitted to use a very narrow strip of the beach at the end of the boardwalk. If you go during a time that is even remotely busy you'll have a hard time finding a place on the beach. Read information in description about beach access.

Great Location, Lacked Cleanliness

Loved the property as a whole and the beach view from our balcony, however our beach chairs were stolen from our porch as we loaded items to be taken out to the beach on the last day. Also, upon arrival, the floors had not been mopped, bedside tables had not been cleaned, stickiness was on the floor in multiple places plus sand, and the beds had not been made completely with pillows etc. I found sticky matter on the master pillow and stripped the sheets. That room had a smell of sour milk or vomit when it heated up in the afternoon, so I kept the windows drawn to avoid heating the room. The lamps had not been dusted in quite some time and turning the fans on high produced dust bunnies that flew through the air. I get that it is a beach property and likely to have a lot of sand but the other sanitation was grossly lacking. The dryer quit working halfway through our stay as well. Bring your clorox wipes and a swiffer mop if you like to have a clean start to your vacation.

Great stay on 30a

This is a great unit just a few steps from the beach. Although it has three bedrooms, there is not much communal space for stretching out. But that’s ok, we knew that when we booked by looking at the pictures. Also, the walls can be a bit thin so you’ll hear the neighbors moving in/out. It’s a great place and the booking process was super easy. Can’t wait to go back.
