  • ¡Bienvenido a PRECIOS ASEQUIBLES en Seagrove Beach! Le espera la arena blanca azucarada y las aguas color esmeralda, así que haga planes para disfrutar de todo lo que 30A y las áreas circundantes tienen para ofrecer. Esta es una ubicación privilegiada cerca de la playa. Es una caminata fácil de 100 yardas para poner los dedos de los pies en la arena, ¡no hay que cruzar calles!

    Contamos con un condominio loft con techos altos. Está en el último piso de un edificio de 3 pisos. El balcón orientado al sur ofrece vistas al golfo y a Deer Lake. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de espectaculares amaneceres y puestas de sol!

    El condominio es acogedor y bien equipado. Hay un cómodo sofá cama Queen abajo con una tela Sunbrella brillante y playera. La cocina tiene un fregadero actualizado y encimera de granito. Arriba hay una cama de tamaño completo, vestidor y armario.

    Este condominio está ubicado en el lado de la playa de 30A en el histórico pueblo de Seagrove Beach. ¡Te encantará la sensación de este condominio y la UBICACIÓN! Tendrás acceso a hermosas arenas blancas como el azúcar y las brillantes aguas color esmeralda del Golfo de México.

    Nade, tome sol y relájese en el océano o en la piscina. Explore la ruta de ejercicios de Scenic 30A que lo llevará a las comunidades vecinas de Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach y Rosemary Beach. Camine o ande en bicicleta desde la playa o 30A hasta Deer Lake Wildlife Reserve, un parque estatal natural sin desarrollar y un hábitat costero tranquilo.

Perfect from beginning to end. Nancy was fabulous to work with. Location was amazing. Pool, hot tub, and large covered area was hands down the best addition. Not even tropical storm Bertha could stop us from enjoying the stay

The condo is stocked with everything you need. It’s clean and has a great view of the pool and ocean! Nancy is one of the BEST hosts on 30-A!!You won’t be disappointed!!!

Great location, unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. Complex was very well cared for and pet friendly with two large grassy areas to take them out. Elevators had available carts to help with luggage. Pool and hot tub both clean and nice sized. Easy communication with owner. Quick and easy walk to the beach. We loved our stay!

Great location

Nancy was a wonderful host and we were able to check in earlier than expected. The location was great with a perfect view. The condo had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay.

Pictures didn’t really do it justice. It was really cute and we were comfortable. Host was helpful and gave us good instructions. Pet friendly, had stairs for the pups and all outside areas were good for potty time. Pool was pretty and hot tub nice for soaking after a long day. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

This was an amazing condo and dog friendly. Nancy was very communicative and available for our questions. Super close to the beach and to our favorite dining in the area. Thanks for a great vacation!

Fantastic Place!!

We had a very peaceful stay, and the condo was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed (including a wagon and umbrellas for the beach). The location was perfect too--very close to the gulf with just a 2 minute walk--and Nancy was easily reached and very responsive and hospitable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we hope to stay there again soon!

Great location that had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Nancy's place with our dog. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool is newly updated and quite lovely. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. Nancy was helpful and very responsive. We had a great week.

Great stay, perfect location!

Had a wonderful stay, easy/short walk to the beach, close to great restaurants and stores! Condo was the perfect amount of space for my family, pool and grounds are beautiful and everything was very clean! Appreciate the community being very dog friendly and everyone we met (including locals that lived there) were all very helpful and kind! And Nancy is the perfect host and we appreciate her for sharing her home with us! We will be back!

Clean & Cozy - will stay again!!

Clean and cozy condo just steps away from the beach. This condo is located within biking distance of Seaside and Rosemary beaches. The host, Nancy, has everything you need: beach wagon with cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Nancy is so kind and such a thoughtful host. Can’t wait for our next stay!!

Great location and great host

We love coming to stay at Beachfront 2. This is the second time we have stayed at Nancy’s and had everything we needed. Nancy was quick at responding and the place was clean and cozy. We were also allowed to check in a little early which is very convenient. Nancy’s place is an easy walk to the beach and the property is well maintained and very pet friendly. We rented a golf cart and we’re able to take it to the nearby shops and restaurants. We would definitely book Nancy’s place again in the future.

Santa Rosa re-visit

The property was just as the listing description stated. The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals and accommodations for sleeping and leisure activities. A short walk to the beach. All of the supplies needed for the beach were available in the unit. The elevator was a nice plus! The property is pet friendly which we appreciated.

Wonderful Location

What can I say?!?! The condo, the location, the price, the owner - all spectacular! This condo is definitely in the right spot, away from overcrowded downtown Seaside. It is literally a 60 second walk to the beach which is less crowded than the beach near downtown, and I mean not even 1/3 the people. It’s also close to some great shops and restaurants where you don’t have to wait for a seat. Side note: look up Bruno’s Pizza, it’s not far from the condo and wow, that’s the real deal. The condo was so cute and perfect for the two of us. Nancy is by far the most communicative owner/manager I ever dealt with. Prompt, polite, helpful - she was amazing. She also forewarned us of certain things, like the unfinished pool, but I didn’t go there for a pool, so it didn’t matter. The elevator did stop working on day 2, but that’s not Nancy’s fault, she can’t control it, and it was working again the next day, so I consider that prompt service. Rent here with ease of mind. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Great rental and great location

My husband and I came down for Labor Day and had a great stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and a great location to ride bikes around. The rental itself was clean, we had all of the appliances and such that we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Loved having a smart tv so we could log into our streaming services as well. Overall, we had an excellent stay and great communication with our host and would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a little tight for three adults, but it worked out just fine and we had a great time. We have our favorite places all along 30a and this location was perfectly situated to easily visit Rosemary Beach, as well places we enjoy going to toward Grayton Beach, and everything in between. The condo is perfect for two people and a very short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend.
