Great place and location

This is a beautiful condo with an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. Had a full house and still everyone felt like they had privacy with the arrangement of the bedrooms and baths. Very comfortable and clean. Asked for extra blankets and they were there shortly. Would stay here again when I have a lot of people. Wonderful.

Great location, great vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous vacation. I would come back to C401. A lot of the furniture was antique. If you don't appreciate such, this might not be the condo for you. The only issue we had with the furniture was one of the king beds mattress was actually two twin mattresses and weren't comfortable. Beautiful views from balcony. We watched dolphins play and saw two jump completely out of the water. The water was so clear that day we could see the dolphins even when they were underwater. The location was only a few miles down the beach from Seaside, Sea Grove. There are a few artsy shops and restaurants across the street. We highly recommend The Perfect Pig. The condo is close to a public beach access with parking so the beach area is a little more crowded than if you look further down the beach in either direction. There's a company that sets up umbrellas and chairs early every morning. Unless you beat them and grab a spot, you will have a second row view of the beach or have to go further down the beach from the condo. They put them really close together and it's difficult to get between sets of chairs. There is also a small stage were there was live music in the shopping area across the street. You could sit out on the grass and listen. Was very cool. There are bike paths and places to rent bicycles across the street also. We rode bikes every day and really enjoyed it. One other small negative is that we had to drive about 15-20 minutes out of our way to pick up our keys and then backtrack to get to the condo. Not a huge deal, but when you've already traveled a long way and are anxious to get there, that extra half hour can be frustrating. There was a drop-off box at a restaurant that was only a couple of miles from the condo, so that helped on check-out. I tried to list all the cons and the highlights of the pros. If available and met our size needs at the time, we would come back to C401. We enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean had 4bedrooms 3 baths 2Queens 2 Kings pictures were perfect, the only problem was it had meldew around some of the a/c vents and we could not us the umbrellas in front of the condo had to use the ones set up for us on the public beach other than that it was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Close to shops and restaurants. Easy access to Hwy 98 and the Publix for groceries. Great beach (sorta)! The beach service provided by Royal is different than the service on the private beach in front of the unit. Our complementary setup was located on the public beach next door. Not a big deal but we lost count of the beach goers coming in from the public access and setting up their umbrellas and chairs on the private beach. The grounds, pool and buildings looked to be well maintained. The unit could use an overall refresh as well as some property owner TLC type maintenance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful and unforgettable time at the beach in Santa Rosa. We will go back again, first chance we get. The beaches are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. Very relaxing! The unit could use a little up-dating (furnishings are a little worn; they could be a little more comfortable too). Wifi is very slow so we basically couldn't use it. But all things considered, we still enjoyed our stay. Location was great!

No toilet paper at house other than the roll on holder 2. one roll of paper towel is not enough,3. not enough dishwasher soap or dish towels,4,no cleaning supply's at all & not enough hand soap or shampoo. other than we had a great time, but because of the above complaints I would think hard before spending $2400 again for 4 nights and not given the simplest supply's nor would I recommend. Also placed smell d of mildew had to buy air freshers

Beach Front Bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great! Right on the beach, plenty of room for 8 adults. Clean & equipped with anything you could want. I never made it to the pool the beach was too beautiful to pass up. Very impressed that we got a call after our first night just to make sure everything was ok & to see if we had any questions. We all loved this condo. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Can't wait to go back.
