    Inside, the home features upscale furnishings, hardwood floors, and a light-filled interior designed for comfort and style. The open-concept living area includes a wall-mounted SMART TV with sound bar, creating the perfect space for movie nights or gathering after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas range, luxury granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers.     As a guest, you'll have access to the Gathering Place, which includes a heated lap pool, zero entry pool, children's pool, playground, community grills and bar with an ice machine, heated spa, fitness trail, and more. Walking paths can be found throughout the neighborhood, inviting you to explore at your leisure.

    Age Requirement
    Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

    Beach Access
    Lily Lane beach trail (ONLY bikes or walking) is located across from the 'Gathering Place'. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking.
    Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7-minute bike to public beach access.

    Important Things to Know

    No pets
    Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions..

    No Smoking / No Vaping
    Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the property or on the premises. If there is evidence of smoke or vape odor after departure, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.

    No Open Flames
    Open flames are strictly prohibited. This includes candles, fire pits, fireworks, and any other open-flame devices.

    No Firearms or Fireworks
    Firearms and fireworks are not permitted on the premises at any time.

    **Video Surveillance: Many of our properties have 24-hour exterior video surveillance. This specific home indeed has exterior security cameras.

    Golf Cart:
    A 6-seater golf cart is included with every reservation, with the weekly cost of $525 already incorporated into the total reservation rate for your convenience. This is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor and requires a rental policy to be signed between the Guest and Wilder Carts 30A LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or Dream Destinations 30A Luxury Rentals LLC.

Everything was more than we expected. The house was perfect. It had all we needed and the location was great. We had a couple of days of bad weather and a couple of double red flag beach days but other than that, everything exceeded our expectations.

The house was wonderful especially the screened in porches

Property was nice, beach was further than we thought. We loved the screened in porches, only downfall was you couldn't get in the water at the beach due the flesh eating bacteria and the human waste spill, so there was no beach time then the large pool couldn't be used due to the pump/filter being broken. But the whole lot of still had a relaxing good time

House nice but dirty

The house was nice but the floor was extremely dirty, there were dirty hands prints going up the wall of the stairs, the couch and throw pillows were dirty and were covered in spots. The gas stove may or may not work depending on when you use the stove. The neighborhood was nice but unless you have a golf cart you will have a difficult time finding parking when you venture out. Bikes were nice but only had 4 so if you have a larger party some will not have bikes. We did have an experience with a black bear eating from one of the neighbors trash can! If the house was clean and if there was a golf cart, it would be an ideal place to stay.

Family vacation

The house is lovely and accommodated our family of 12 well. My happy place was the bed swing on the porch overlooking the pond. The parking in the area is tricky but we were able to park 4 cars and a golf cart without paying storage. The pool was great but needed more lounge chairs. The beach is farther away than expected and parking a problem there, too. The grocery was very close and that was a plus. Many options for good food available but parking and waiting require patience.

Spring Break 2018

This house is beautifully decorated, and offered plenty of room for our family. We used the outdoor porch every day. We have stayed in several other houses in Naturewalk, and this one is our favorite so far. The only issues we ran into the first couple of days were 1. Cold showers and baths and 2. Unable to move the thermostat below 70 degrees. We called the rental agency who sent someone over immediately to help us eliminate those issues. Paying close to $3200 for a week of vacation, we feel it quite unfair for the owners to lock the temps.

Nice place, great neighborhood.

We had a great time in the Naturewalk neighborhood, the pool was great for the kids and the house was great for a getaway. The neighborhood, as stated, is under a fair amount of construction so that proved to be problematic at times, with large trucks blocking access in and out of the driveway. Also, this house DOES NOT come with beach towels. Just FYI, for anyone who will want to go to the beach or pool. Please bring your own or visit the local store to purchase, I think it was around $80 for four towels. Not a dealbreaker but certainly an amenity I've come to expect from a beach house.

Beautiful relaxing home

We loved our stay! There are so many things we loved about this home so I figured I can just list them all instead: - Front balcony is huge and faces the pond. We loved the swing, perfect for naps! -The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook comfortably. -Beach wagon was an unexpected plus and really came in handy when we went to the beach. -The shower in the upstairs master was huge. -The balcony in the upstairs master was very relaxing and a great place to collect your thoughts before starting your day. -The kitchen table was big and gorgeous. -The kids enjoyed their bunk bed room. -It was only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. -The neighborhood is very well planned out and we loved that it was surrounded by a forest. I would love to live here, but unfortunately we could only stay a week. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for some relaxing small beach town livin'.

Keep looking elsewhere!

So disappointed in this stay. The bathrooms looked like the walls had been peed on. We decided to just make frozen pizza, preheated the oven…. The cleaning people put cleaning foam on the oven, so it smelled terrible! So we had to clean the oven. Next day… no pool pass! Called the management company told me they would get us a pass by the end of day… can’t use the pool without a pass! First day wasted! Tried to grill out… no propane another call to the management company! Then found out after packing the dishwasher it didn’t work! Now I’m doing dishes on my vacation. Sent several emails with no response. Several phone calls… no sense of urgency at all. Told the company I wanted to be compensated… for all the mishaps finally responded! They will evaluate at check out!

A few years ago, we had stayed in a home in Watercolor and greatly enjoyed the home, pools, biking trails and its proximity to the great beaches and Seaside community. We hoped to closely replicate the earlier trip without having to pay the premium price of staying in Watercolor just a short distance away. By staying in this home at Naturewalk we had many of the benefits of staying at Watercolor without the exorbitant price tag. The Naturewalk community is all new homes with many still under construction in the rear phase. This home on Chordgrass Way was obviously recently finished but was completely and professionally decorated. It had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The home came supplied with 4 bicycles (and helmets) we used daily. It also had a gas grill which we used several times during the week. The front porch has a bed swing which makes lounging outside very comfortable. This home has the benefit of fronting Sunset Pond, a water feature with a lighted fountain that comes on at night. Additionally, it had the largest advertised number of square feet of rentals we compared it with. We appreciated the extra space for the price. The biking distance to Seaside and shopping is comparable to that of Watercolor and the pools were just as enjoyable (although not as many). This was a beautiful home and a good value for our family vacation. We want to commend BeachWalk Vacations for their fine personnel and management platform. They were extremely professional by assisting us in selecting our accommodations, confirming our reservation and answering follow-up questions. Their “app” made checking in and checking out a breeze. We highly recommend this property and the owner’s choice of management companies. We hope to stay here again!
