Home has been newly renovated for a wonderful enjoyable stay. Park directly in front of the home and walk right in, feel at home, in this large pool front town home on beautiful 30-A. Main floor is open floor plan with large living and dining areas and screen porch overlooking pool, one of 3 pools. Steps to tennis courts, 5 min. walk to the beach, shops and restaurants all within Gulf Place for your enjoyment. One queen size bedroom located on the first floor with private deck. upstairs there is large master suite, king bed, private deck that overlooks pool and renovated master bath. There is also a desk for those who may want to work for a few days. Second bedroom has king bed and private bath as well.

The family room is on the first floor and boast of open floor plan with screen porch that overlooks the large lagoon pool. The sofa in the living area has a very comfortable roll away bed (queen bed) for additional sleeping space. There is another porch on front of home for outdoor enjoyment. Tennis courts are 20 steps from home.

The home is professionally decorated with overstuffed sofas and chairs. There are Flat screen T.V.'s in living area, master suite, and 2nd master bedroom. All T.V's have DVD players as well. Loads of family games and books in living area. The kitchen has been totally renovated and is equipped with all the essentials for those family meals. There are 5 to 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and assortment of beach toys, located on screen porch for your use.

Within the lovely Gulf Place community, you can visit the boutique shops, dine at the restaurants or relax at the Internet Cafe. There are also walking and biking trails, shuffleboard, tennis courts, large open play field for kids, concerts on the green every weekend and three deeded beach accesses. It is a community you never want to leave.

Come relax and never have to move your car. However you may want to visit the largest outlet mall in the USA. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only six miles west. Baytowne Wharf is five miles away - and Destin is nine miles west. There is so much to do, and we look forward to having you stay with us.

Nice unit and easy walk to restaurants, coffee truck and the beach. Was a great space for family of 5. Easy parking. Beach chairs and wagon could probably use a refresh but nice area on 30A

I see now why so many reviewers have stayed multiple times. The walk to the beach and all of the restaurants is a short 5 min walk. Gulf place has just enough restaurants and shops for everything you need without being overcrowded. It was a short 15 min drive to seaside if you are looking for more. The beach was private. The property overlooks the pool and the tennis/ pickleball courts are right beside the unit. You can’t ask for a better location. The unit was very clean and anything we could think of was provided. The checkout process was very easy, and the owner was very accommodating. We had an issue with the AC and she had someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. We also brought our dogs and there were so many trails to walk them. The whole property is very pet friendly. We will be staying again next year.

Great stay except for unforeseen event

The stay was absolutely amazing except when the air conditioning went out on the day before we left which no one had control over. We had to wait 4 hours for the technician which cut into our vacation time. Other than that, this was an amazing experience!

Most relaxing vacation

Great location. Love the small beach town feel. Condo is in a great spot, steps from the tennis court and the pool which is heated! April is a great time to go. Perfect weather. We rented e-bikes and rode all the way to Rosemary Beach. Unit itself is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Quality mattress and bedding. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner had beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Remember to bring your own beach towels!Sherry is very responsive and communicates well. We had trouble getting the door opened with the keypad, and she responded quickly when we called and had a solution for us. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay again if we return to this area.

All the comforts of home but close to the beach

This home was perfect for our family of four with two teen girls. Everyone got their own space which is key for a good vacation for us. The place was clean and just felt like home. It was a short walk to the beach that was fairly quiet even for spring break time. We would defineltly stay here again.

Great place to stay

This unit was perfect for our family. It is within walking distance to the beach, shops and dining. The unit is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely return. I would highly recommend.

Nice place and location

Nice 2 story townhouse, great location overlooking the pool, had all the ammenities that we needed for our 2 year old grandson, nice close walk to the beach and to the 3 pools and 2 hot tubs available. Only downside to our timing of our trip is that one of the buildings they were working on the decks facing pool and hot tub which unfortunately was the better pool and hot tub. Other than that great place and location. Would go again.

Already longing to go back!

The photos of this home are inaccurate….upon walking in, I told my husband, “this is way prettier than the photos show!” Not only is the home beautiful, but it was very clean, and the complex is family friendly and quiet. We especially loved that we hardly had to drive at all….so close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. When we did need to drive (Walmart, Publix, Grayton Beach…all were a very short drive)! We also loved that the pool was right outside the door! Thank you, Sherry for sharing your beautiful home!

Lovely property and location

This condo was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed 2 weeks here and can't wait to return. Sherry was friendly and easy to communicate with. No trouble at all checking ourselves into the unit upon arrival. We walked to the beach almost every day--very easy 5 minute walk to private beach and Sherry had everything we needed (wagon, umbrella, boogie board and some toys for our little one). We went to the pool a few times and that's even closer (right in front of the unit). We really enjoyed the area this is in! We ate at Shunk Gulley (amazing view) and The Perfect Pig and enjoyed both! We also got cupcakes from Cava and Cakes (yum!) This place was perfect for our family with room to spare (2 adults and an 8 year old and small dogs). We never used the bedroom downstairs. The property was quiet too which is nice when you've been out in the sun all day. We were all able to crash early without any noisy neighbors that we could hear. Sherry's place is amazing! We hope to return very soon!

Beach vacation

The stay was amazing. The unit was so close to the beach with access to the private beach which made it much more enjoyable (holiday weekend made the beach crazy). The unit was great, definitely had some wear and tear as expected with a beach vacation unit but overall it was a great place with space and we would stay again! Sherry had wonderful communication and was extremely helpful!

This has it all!

This was a great family vacation location. Located in Gulf Place, we were right next to the pool and tennis courts. Many games of pickleball were played this week! The weather was perfect!

Beautiful Townhouse

This unit was really pretty. When we arrived we all commented on how clean it was. My only request would be to add some hooks, possibly a hook rack, in each room and the back of doors. Two bedrooms had no closet so that would have come in handy. We also would have liked a place to hang our beach towels to dry. Minor problems compared to the whole experience. Perfect for our family and right by the pool!. Lovely place.

Perfect for a beach getaway!

Very convenient location to the beach, pools, restaurants, and shops. Not too far from Destin/Sandestin for additional shopping and dining options. Host had wonderful communication. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable! We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Thank you!
