We are close to several public beach access points, with 3 less than 1.5 miles away. You can get there by golf cart in minutes!
1. Blue Mountain Regional Access - .9 miles, walkable by neighborhood path, some parking available.
2. Gulfview Heights – 1 mile, easy golf cart ride, good parking, Gulfview Heights Snack Shack is a great stop for beach snacks
3. Ed Walline – 1.5 miles, lots of parking, located by lots of shops and restaurants including a local favorite, Shunk Gulley!
4. Grayton Beach State Park – 3.4 miles, $5 entry per car or cart.
5. Dune Allen Beach – 2.5 miles, larger beach access with parking, restrooms, and easy access to Stinky’s Fish Camp for great food and drinks!

✔ Enjoy the trail in the neighborhood, as well as the 30A walking/biking path to explore all the idyllic 30A beach towns like Alys Beach, Rosemary, Seacrest, Prominence/The Big Chill, and Seaside for shopping and dining!
✔ We are located close to everyone’s favorite, Blue Mountain Creamery. You will love our location with easy access to many of your favorite places like Real and Raw, Cowgirl Kitchen, Red Fish Taco, Mimmos, Blue Mountain Bakery, and quick distance to bike rentals, unique shops.
✔ You’ll love exploring Gulf Place, Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach! You can also arrange fishing charters or rent a double decker with slides pontoon and boat over to Shell Island! Grayton Beach is home to 30A's famed Underwater Museum of Art - the first underwater permanent sculpture exhibit in the US for scuba divers. So much to do, you better stay longer!

GOLF CART
- Our 6-seater golf cart is provided with each reservation
- To use our golf cart, you must sign our liability waiver in advance and include the names and driver license image of any additional drivers. Drivers must be at least 25 years of age! The cart can be driven on 30A any anywhere the speed limit is 35 and under. It can NOT be driven on Hwy. 98 or any beach towns that have banned carts like Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary. Guests are responsible for charging the golf cart at a designated outlet on property and agree not to drive it if it has less than a 30% charge. We will not rescue you if you run out of battery! Guests will be responsible for any damage to our cart and will agree to follow all safety rules and charging procedures. Golf cart drivers must have an auto insurance policy. Golf cart may not be available to all guests due to unforeseen circumstances.
-Guests agree to keep the cart plugged in and charging when not in use in the garage. Upon departure the cart must be plugged in.

THE FINE PRINT

• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.
• Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities. We leave 12 wristbands in the condo for you. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $25/each. Your care and attention is appreciated.


*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
